Very small room, single duvet inside a double sheet, they don’t answer the phone on reception. The finish in the bathroom was poor, very small towels to shower with Breakfast excellent- so much choice. Staff were great. Bad nights sleep.

It's okay
Lovely staff, amazing breakfast... The WiFi and reception of the hotel let's it down and the rooms could do with some tlc, the carpet was pulled up, the curtains were strained and the paint was peeling off, however it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room we had didn’t get hot water fast enough, and the bed was too soft. They changed our room without any problems or questions and was very happy with the change. Helpful staff.

No chance of sorting a late book in
Called the number (as per email) to sort a late check in, was told after waiting twice for 15 mins that no-one was answering to arrange it so had to change plans to go to the hotel to book in. No issues once at the hotel, just annoying you are offered a service that isn’t possible..
