This modern studio apartment comprises a kitchenette fully equipped for you to cook basic meals at home, a comfortable double bed made up with hotel linen and a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. The perfect cosy home away from home in central Sunderland.

Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the centre of town, you will be within easy walking distance of everything Sunderland has to offer. There are a number of restaurants, bars and cafes on your doorstep and the main shopping district is less than 10 minutes walk away. The Stadium of light is 20 minutes walk, or a short drive/taxi ride. Just 5 mins from the studio you will find Mowbray Park, a lovely spot for a morning stroll and home to the Sunderland Museum & Winter gardens. Sunderland Train station is less than 10 minutes walk away. Hendon Beach is just a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk away.
