Amazing as always!

Just amazing as always. Check in was so simple. The receptionist who checked me in was lovely and even when I requested a few things she done it no bother. Nothing was too much hassle for her. Used the spa the following day and the girls on the desk there were great as well. This is the 3rd time staying here and it has never let us down. We are already looking forward to our 4th stay.

Nice hotel with good facilities. Long wait for access to the the spa which was annoying and then very empty when we got there. Long wait for food in the restaurant too.

Good size room, lovely breakfast. A small moan, the pillows were lumpy. Very close to city and station so convienient for everything. A walk along the river is very close and absolutely worth it.

Wonderful hotel

Very nice hotel

Really nice hotel. Perfect location for the Arena - 10 minute easy walk away. Car park is also very convenient ( park on level 10 as it's direct access to the hotel ) Room was very nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Comfortable stay but a little disappointed.

Stayed here with a friend on new year to chill out and bring in the new year with a swim and sauna. When we arrived we were given the keys to our room straight away and the staff were very polite and attentive. Our room was lovely. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was large and there was tea/coffee facilities and a fridge. We had a good nights sleep. Before coming to stay we had called to hotel to ask if the pool would be open when we arrived. They advised that it would be open to 9pm. When we arrived at 9pm we were advised it was shut. We then again asked in the morning if we could use the facilities and was advised this was ok. We went for some food and came back and were advised we would have to wait an hour for the pool. This was disappointing as this was the third time we had enquired about the pool and could not access it and had to travel home having not being able to use them. This was pretty disappointing considering we just wanted to come here to relax and were not able to. However, I appreciate it was new year and maybe on another day this would not have been the case. Can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat here but it did look nice and the drinks we had were also nice. The staff were very polite and if it hadn’t been for the pool situation I would have returned again.

The hotel is located behind the city’s main train station, about 10 minutes walk from the city centre. A multi-story car park adjacent to the hotel provides convenient parking facilities. Breakfast was very busy and required queuing on both days of our stay. The family room was of good size, comfortable and clean. We did not try the swimming pool or spa facilities, both of which required advanced booking. Generally, the hotel provided a satisfactory experience for a short stay.
