Centrally located, this 3 bedroom apartment is perfect for contractors and those visiting Newcastle and Gateshead for a city break. The recent refurbishment including a new kitchen (which is fully-eqipped) and bathroom should make your stay here very enjoyable!

Please note this is a residential area and as such is not suitable for parties and loud noise. This property is fitted with a noise and occupancy monitor and if guests disrupt neighbours or tamper with the monitor you will be removed from the property and lose your deposit.
