Great central Newcastle location stayed 1 night Friendly check in at reception easy online check out. Tv lounge bar good. Room good size and bed very comfortable. Only drawback was no onsite parking which couldn’t be helped due to its central location. Tip do a deal with Q car parks for above 24 hour stay as we had reschedule our plans to ensure we left the car park under 24 hrs to avoid unnecessary charges.as the car park was not available next day to continue to park. This was Sat/Sun 16/17 Nov - not a match day.

Good comfortable stay. Friendly staff. Good service. Right in the heart of the centre. 8 mins walk to both railway station and bus station. The only reason i have marked 3 stars for cleanliness and condition is due to shower. Both the shower heads were very dirty needs a deep clean and the one of the shower head which was a bit cleaner than the other had low pressure. Was put off taking a shower.
