Modern hotel, well situated for the shops, parking nearby provided by a 3rd party at a reduced rate. The hotel is situated on a busy road opposite St James Park and can be a bit noisy at times. The room was clean and well maintained but it contained a king size bed so the access to one side of the bed was a bit restricted. The bathroom had a walk-in shower so the floor got a bit wet a times

The room was nice and clean . The staff are very pleasant. Breakfast was more than disappointing. No plates, bread , bacon or sausages. When it did arrive it was burnt to a crisp.

Excellent choice of place to stay
Carpark not far from the hotel, hotel will stamp the ticket to get reduced price for you. Bit of a wait to book in, but as it was a busy time, to be expected. Hotel clean, staff welcoming. Room with a view of the town and football stadium. Could hear music from across the road, close the window and it is much quieter. Bed was comfortable, shower excellent and room clean. No complaints whats so ever. Would stay again

Great spot for Newcastle fans!
Room was clean, great location, staff excellent! Hotel wasnt too noisy although we faced onto the main road that was loud but nothing the hotel cam do about it. Only issues were the room phone wasnt working and there was no shower gel but no big deal really. Will be happy to return!
