Bed broke down immediately. At midnight. No one to answer call. No sleep after days of getting ready to celebrate our son's once in a lifetime wedding. All we wanted was to get in bed. Initially thought place was cute except for giant carpet stains, seemed clean. Bed busted off side. No where to lay huge mattress as bed was bolted to wall. Try to put chairs under side, but large sag hole in middle. No sleep, it was HORRIBLE. Thought desperately about sleeping in truck, but had to park at road in front of diner because all their parking spaces were taken (small lot). Husband sat on toilet with lid down for hours because the only 2 chairs holding mattress. He was trying to let me sleep, but bed had big sag down. Told office next morning, offered breakfast tickets for down the road. We had to leave for the Wedding Brunch. Guy said he couldn't do anything, this was on Saturday morning, but would let us know about maybe a partial refund on Tuesday. Never heard a word. Called yesterday and was told us that we would know something today, Thursday-DidNot. I was in the phone with Expedia almost 35 minutes and they told Expedia that will send a check for $50 to us. That basically it was our fault for going to bed that late. Not their business, but wedding venue was until midnight, we did leave it early. It was our child's WEDDING. I'm very pissed, because you would think that the $130 room was like asking a million back. We would have been ok initially with like atleast $100 offbutbeinghandled
