Room is very clean. Location is closed enough to UCI. coffee shop and breakfast restaurant are convenient. They are just typical, not much excitement compared to many varieties of choices at UCI. Room has a small fridge, looks nice, but somewhat noisy. Incidentally the one in my room broke. The ice melted overnight creating a small puddle of water. It's not too much trouble. Reported it, and someone came unplugged it since I don't use the fridge. Shower drainage design should be revisited again. Water is not drained fast enough during shower. It would be nice if it's easy for guess to unclog it

Our room did not have hot water so they moved us to another room, The staff was always friendly and nice, The only thing we did not like is we had two vehicles stayed 3 nights and they made us pay $30 a day for parking, this fee should be included in your hotel fees not a separate charge.!
