CDM close to beach
The best thing about this property is the fact that it’s 2 blocks from the beach. However the house is very old and dated and in need of some upgrades. The bed upstairs was very squeaky and bouncy and the downstairs bed was rock hard. No Kleenex which is crazy. Weird wiring such that you can’t make coffee and run the dishwasher? Not great to have an unsafe situation with the electrical. Again location is amazing but nothing else special about this place. We didn’t cook at all and was just fine for a place to sleep and relax at the end of our days. Probably wouldn’t ever stay here again. Also there is a garage which we were given the code to only to find a golf cart parked in it so we couldn’t use it. Not ok at all. Thankfully there was plenty of street parking but during high season this would be a problem and it says there is a garage for use which was not true.

Wonderful, updated home.
We loved this property! It was immaculately clean and updated throughout. It has a lovely private courtyard and is only a block from the ocean. It was comfortable and quiet at night. The property managers were available via text and quick to respond. Only suggestion is that it would be convenient if they provided the wifi password and garage code inside the home once you’re checked in. (Those were the 2 reasons I needed to contact them). But like I said, they responded immediately so it was not an issue. We loved the location of this property! It’s on a beautiful street and close to the beach and town shops and restaurants. We ate at the Rose Bakery Cafe and we highly recommend that too! We would definitely like to return to this property.
