Victorian quaint, modern comfort. We needed a quick overnight in Newport for an evening event, and Bellevue Manor was just right. (We did not need a water view.) Walking to historical and modern attractions, we could leave the car tucked into the private lot. Heavenly.

We Loved the Bellevue!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Bellevue. There are 4-5 homes that have all been turned into the Bellevue Manor. We stayed in the Bellevue House in a junior suite which had a private bath with rain shower, small kite ether with a fridge, sink, and microwave, a living room with large tv, comfortable couch and chair, and a bedroom with a king size bed. Breakfast was free and quite good. Listed as “continental, but each day was quiche, pancakes or French toast, pastries, and sausage. Coffee and tea, too. Really beautiful grounds, too. Walking distance to just about everything, and plenty of off-street parking. We stayed for three nights with no issues. Clean, quiet, and comfortable in the heart of Newport.

Great location, well priced bed and breakfast. Rooms are small and it can get pretty noisy at night. Advertised as full american breakfast, which I disagree with. More like continental with quiche and bacon. Still a great deal for Newport.
