Staff was excellent. Room was very nice. Swimming pool was delicious.Full on breakfast with awesome choices. The window situation was horrific (for me). Windows do not open AT ALL. Not even one little pane. No fresh air, only filtered, recycled air from a noisy unit. NO open air in the entire building! Senior friend had difficulty with NO chairs and table in the room. Otherwise, it was great. SADLY I WILL NOT BE RETURNING due to no open windows or fresh air anywhere.

All of us felt that Kaitlin (worked 3-11) went above and beyond for us. Made great recommendations, pleasant to talk to, and extremely helpful for a first time visitor. I worked in the service industry, I would hire Kaitlin in a second, I felt Kaitlin represented everything Hampton Inns stands for, absolutely the best!!

Excellent hotel!! Beautifully clean, staff is extremely attentive and all amenities are great!! Antoni maintenance supervisor is on top of the game!! Cleaning ladies work very hard to keep guests comfortable! Front desk and breakfast staff make above and beyond efforts to make this hotel the best!!

I have stayed at many Hiton properties, and i have never had the customer service recieved from Betsy. My girlfriend and i got on the elevator to our room elated by Betsy's demeanor and helpfulness. Ive been around the country in different states, and in my home state, the customer service was just phenomenal and genuine.
