I have stayed at many Hiton properties, and i have never had the customer service recieved from Betsy. My girlfriend and i got on the elevator to our room elated by Betsy's demeanor and helpfulness. Ive been around the country in different states, and in my home state, the customer service was just phenomenal and genuine.

Comfortable beds, and a friendly staff. Enjoyed always having coffee available and occasionally on our return delicious cookies. We liked having Applebees next door. One day the maids failed to make up our room which was disappointing. Also would like a make-up mirror in the bathroom.

Good place to stay
Nicely decorated hotel. My only complaint is the noisy occupants in the room above us. Hotel need to be much more sound proof. Good breakfast. Love the evening cookies.
