Absolutely gorgeous
From the outside, this cabin appears to be small and simple. From the inside, however, is a beautiful and charming place to stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the views and space in my one night stay. My only negative was the road leading to the space. There were two spots where you almost require an AWD vehicle to get here. This isn’t an issue of the owner but more a personal issue. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my stay and plan on attempting to reserve for future stays.

Very cool!
The cabin was pretty much exactly as the listing describes. They have added a gazebo/ roof over the grill and outdoor table which was really nice even though we weren’t there long enough to use it. The cabin was clean and had the basics for cooking. The steps to the loft bed were a bit steep which wasn’t a problem for us but is something to keep in mind. Overall we had a great stay!

This property has one of the most beautiful views in the state of Tennessee that I've seen! The hosts were wonderful and the cabin truly made this a memorable trip. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to get away and enjoy an amazing experience, surrounded by a view you could throw on a postcard.

Great location
We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Great location, easy scenic drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Only issue was the overall cleanliness. The hot tub needed some TLC. There were no sheets on our bed, just a pile of used sheets, towels, and blankets. We were glad that we brought our own sheets, pillows, and blankets.

Cute little shack!
This was a very cute shack! Overall my husband and I enjoyed ourselves but the cleanliness definitely was disappointing for the price we paid. There was hair upon check in on the sheets that weren’t ours, cob webs in the middle of the ceiling between the two lofts, the hot tub didn’t have the chlorine like it said it was supposed to on the sign and it did look as it had been used and not properly cleaned prior to our arrival, there was some old food stuck on the plates..the place has a peaceful charm and was very cute but the cleanliness was a little disappointing.

A peaceful adventure
The check in process was simple and easy. However, arriving when the sun is still up is ideal. Take your time and make sure you have AWD/4WD. Some of the roads are narrow and hard to navigate, especially in the rain. Without AWD be prepared to hike. You will wish you didn’t forget something in the car. 😊 The house is adorable and has everything you need. All of the little extras provided, are awesome. The hot tub was clean and ready to go. The location is perfect for anything you want to do in the area. We will definitely stay again.

This was an amazing place to stay great views of the mountains i am definitely going back well worth the cost. There is only one thing that other people may have troubles with is the access it is way up in the mountains and the drive is a little steep and nerve racking but i loved it other may not i give this place 4 out of 5 only because other people may have trouble getting up the drive i had an amazing time around Newport also juat a short drive to Gatlinburg and pigeon forage

Cute and quaint. Very quiet
People on the tall side may struggle with busting their head alot. Overall very cozy and quiet. Owners are super attentive and so sweet. If youre lucky you'll get to say hi to their beautiful sweet german sheppard Heidi. Friendly nearby atmosphere. Bring a car youre confident can make it up a steep gravel drive. Greatful for the chance to stay.

Absolutely perfect weekend getaway!
My husband and I booked this property for a night away. It exceeded all expectations! The tiny home was so quaint and super clean- exactly as described. The hot tub was such a plus too! We had dinner under the gazebo overlooking the mountains at sunset. I am already recommending this cabin to my friends. Can’t wait to book another trip!! Thank you to the amazing hosts for sharing this gem with us!

Private Getaway for Adventurous Couples
My husband and I had a deeply relaxing anniversary by soaking in the outdoor hot tub at the Shiner's Shack. We grilled an awesome meal on the charcoal grill and enjoyed our dinner at the picnic table outside as we absorbed the lovely mountain views through the trees that gave us all the privacy, peace, and quiet we were hoping for. The tiny home was really cute and clean and as described in the ad. If you have mobility issues I don't recommend staying in a tiny home with a loft, as you generally climb stairs and / or a ladder to access the sleeping quarters. This was fine with us, and the bed was comfortable. The place was stocked with everything we needed - there was even firewood that we could have purchased if we wanted to - and they even had placed a beautiful vase of the local Mountain Laurel flowers on the table for us. The hosts were very kind and responsive via text when the power and water went out in the middle of the night and it was back on by morning before we even needed it. I have to mention that if you do not have 4wd, you may end up parking down below the cabin and walking up a 1/4 mi. Some parts of the gravel road are steep, but it was graded well and really&one of the better gravel roads you'll travel in the mountains. You'll pass by some crowded mobile home neighborhoods on your way in but the road leads you deep into the privacy of the woods. However, if you aren't from the mtns or used to driving these roads, you might find it a bit too adventurous of a drive getting out there. We had no trouble in the WRX Subaru though. We very much enjoyed our stay and would be happy to retreat there again sometime. Perfect getaway for locals and adventurous couples looking to relax and enjoy a tiny home experience.
