There was no hot water the whole time. The toilet kept running all day and night. People were noisy. No phone in the room to call the front desk. No one was in the office. Had to wait for a very long time before anyone had shown up. The wind was blasting through the door to the room all day and night.

I requested for bottom floor due to my knee problem lady said there was no more so she put me all the way on the top floor not only that the door has a half inch gap on the front door so cold air was getting in and you can hear everything outside use a towel to seal it at night but overall i enjoy my time

I love this property it is very affordable and it's easy access to everything in Newport but it's off the Highway so it's quiet and it's one of my favorite places to take children of all ages because of the pool and safety and the ocean view is amazing

Great ocean view for reasonable price
The hotel is fairly old, and the ouside could use some care. The room I had on the third floor had been updated, was clean, and spacious. View was great! The cost was reasonable.

I was excited to stay here with my two nieces who have never seen the ocean. Power went out for some time both days. Once was after their front desk hours (9pm), so no one to call. Parking is awful. Weird people staying here, I imagine for weeks at a time. We were in 122 right next to the ice machine which was noisy. Upstairs people above us, you could hear kids and heavy footed people walking and running all hours. Breakfast was basically bagels and cereal, juice machine still broken, had to settle for generic juices. Wish they offered teas in the rooms.

We got a room on the third floor with an ocean view. Its a spacious room with a decent sized king bed. It didnt have any funky smells or questionable stains and it was clean. There are some minor maintenance issues to attend to like some chipped paint under the window or the missing window screen, but other then that it was a perfect little stay for our mini vacation.
