We came down for the seafood festival. Hotel was super cheap, easy to get to and has free parking. Has an indoor and out door pool, fitness and firepit.

We were a bit surprised by a couple items. First, there was no restaurant as mentioned in the list of amenities. The pool area pictured must have been from a few years back….. Additionally we asked for a room service in the morning and when we arrived late in the day, no service was completed.

This place was DISGUSTING!! The grossest hotel I have ever stayed in. And cost $600 for two queen beds. It was dirty and stained, broken toilet, sink didn't drain, mold stains in bathroom and rusty shower. Brown water dripping out of the fridge, little flies everywhere. We didn't put our bare feet on the floor because it was so gross nor did we take a shower. Appalling, and they refused to give us even a partial refund.

The staff were wonderful. There was a leak from the bathroom above and we were moved to another room. We saw that they were making repairs right away. The hotel rooms were clean.

Check in was a breeze. Staff was very accommodating and friendly, even gave us suggestions on good places to go to. Room was big and very clean. Had a good night’s sleep for it was quiet. Breakfast could have been better though. But all in all, highly recommended.

This is a nice hotel. Not fancy but clean and rooms are nice and comfortable. Good location for doing things in Newport or locally. Rather expensive for what it is but that’s Newport.

The hotel was very quiet despite being fully booked for events, but our phone in the room didn’t work, the breakfast options were limited and the AC thermostat kept fluctuating the temperature all night but did keep the room sufficiently cold.

Was not happy with 1 elevator for 3 floors and had to walk a long way to get to the room. Bathroom is not safe for older guests. Safety bar needs to be on the wall next to toilet that's about a foot off the floor. Also some kind of cabinet should be placed under the bathroom sink. Prepaid breakfast was less then expected.

The refrigerator in our room was buzzing terribly so we had to unplug it in order to sleep. The phone was broken. It had no dial tone. The bath tub had a large area of paint that was chipped off the tub. The carpet looked dirty and the room smelled.
