This charming home is located on Franklin Street and in the heart of Downtown Newport. While enjoying your stay you can appreciate the convenience of being centrally located and just steps away from all the activity of Thames Street, Bannisters Wharf, Bowen’s Wharf, Newport’s finest restaurants and vibrant waterfront, shopping, historical sites, and nightlife. A great spot to take advantage of all Newport has to offer. Steps away from the Red Parrot, Midtown Oyster Bar, Clarke Cooke House, The Mooring Restaurant and too many more to list

Second floor offers a comfortable living room with sleeper sofa and smart T.V. Dining area with seating for 6 and half bath for guests to share. Kitchen offers the convenience of all basic amenities and includes a breakfast nook with additional seating for six. Master bedroom includes a queen size bed and ensuite bath with double vanity and shower.

First floor offers 2 additional bedrooms with full sized beds. Bedroom (1) includes smart T.V., Bedroom (2) includes washer and dryer and French doors to beautiful patio. Both bedrooms share full hall bath with shower.

Outdoor space offers enclosed patio with table and seating for 6.

A/C window units are installed in the windows April- October. Wifi available throughout the home. Fresh linens, bedding, and toiletries provided.

Great Home for Family Vacation in Newport
This was the perfect spot for our family of six to stay for our Newport vacation. We were cozy and comfortable with areas to sit and chat or play games together. The kitchen came in very handy. We were centrally located and walked to the cliffs and mansions. And we had plenty of space with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. Would highly recommend!

Best VRBO experience I’ve ever had!
I wish there were more than five stars to award this host. This was hands down the very best experience with a host that I have ever encountered in years of renting through VRBO. My family and I were in town for my son’s graduation from OCS, and this location was perfect. The home is quite historic feeling, which made the experience even better. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. In conclusion, if I ever return to Newport, this is absolutely where I will be staying.

I originally had another place booked for myself and girlfriend + 2 other couples for my brother's wedding, but once I found Greg & Flavia's place I quickly made the switch and I am so glad I did. Greg's communication is the best of the best from booking, arrival, stay and departure. Greg got back to me with answers to every questions within minutes. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk from charming shops, excellent restaurants, and of course, the stunning Newport waterfront. The home itself is beautifully decorated, blending modern comforts with a cozy, inviting atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place that combines convenience, comfort, and a touch of Newport charm, Greg’s place is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

The Perfect Spot
We absolutely loved our stay here. The check-in process was super easy, and Greg and Flavia made sure they were available throughout to help with parking or if any questions or issues came up. The house was also in such a good location. We were always just a short walk away from quality restaurants and attractions. And the house itself is so lovely. There's a back patio for some relaxation, a spacious common area, and a kitchen that was well-stocked with the essentials: coffee! All in all, we loved our stay. A lot of that had to do with the house itself and the charms of Newport, but you'll also find in Greg and Flavia true hosts who go the extra mile to make sure you won't have to sweat the small stuff during your stay!

Great Location great house!
Great place for 3 couples weekend in Newport - very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and big kitchen for eating in or walking distance to all of Newports best restaurants. Greg was a great host, answered any questions we had with a quick response. We will definitely return!

This place was terrific - close to all. The owners were friendly and very accommodating. It was the perfect amount of space, clean, nicely decorated and very homey. Great Location
As others have mentioned, parking can be a hassle. However, everything is so close that if you don't plan on leaving the area, it won't be an issue. Greg was more than accommodating on several occasions even ordering beach towels that were delivered the next day! The home is clean and well appointed. The addition of a washer/dryer was a plus for us as well. Other than groceries that you would want, absolutely EVERYTHING is there that you could possibly need. Don't hesitate on this one, it's an amazing home in an equally amazing part of Newport.

Prime location for girls weekend in Newport
The property is as advertised. We were a group of 5 for a girls weekend and the home was perfect for us. Plenty of room, cozy, and amazing location. We parked the car and walked everywhere. Greg was very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed. The keypad lock was a little tricky but we always managed to get in. We all agreed we would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Perfect for a Girls Weekend
The location of this property is ideal - so perfect! Steps from the most popular dining, shopping, and socializing areas downtown but quiet enough to relax peacefully on site. The wharf and sailing are less than five minutes on foot. We walked to the Cliff Walk and enjoyed the beauty of the oceanside city. We also walked to convenient public parking garages to avoid driving during the weekend, but were able to find some street parking right outside for loading and unloading (and a lucky overnight spot!) Lyft/Uber easily picked us up for visits to the vineyard and more. Apartment has everything we needed - kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms (two showers). We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a Newport experience and we would love to return. Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect place!
This was our first time to Newport. We had our children (in their 20’s) with us and significant others. The property absolutely could not have been in a better location, it was charming, comfortable, clean, and Greg and Flavia were wonderful hosts. They were responsive and flexible as we were working with dates subject to change as our son was graduating from Officer Candidate School. We all had a wonderful stay creating great family memories and hope to visit Newport again. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house at perfect location
We were there with a group of friends on 4th of July weekend and we could not have asked for a better house at an excellent location right in the middle of all downtown action but also quite at night. It was very clean, old house with lots of characters. Hosts were very nice people who took care of all our needs of asked. I would highly recommend to stay there.

This roomy and nicely furnished VRBO located in a convenient location with view of harbor. Great walking access to all of Newport shopping, dining and entertainment. The master bedroom on upper level is roomy with full bath and double sink vanity. Great for privacy. Living room, dining area and dining room provide seating for ten. Functional kitchen. Extra powder room is convenient. First floor with two more bedrooms and full bath is lovely with washer/dryer and access to private patio.

Nice stay for a wedding weekend
My husband and I and two other couples stayed here for our friends wedding weekend. It was perfect as it was within walking distance to everything and served as a good home base to go in between wedding activities. Greg was so sweet and welcoming and ensured we had everything we need to enjoy our stay. Very clean and well kept , would definitely recommend!

Lovely home in the perfect location!
We had an amazing girls weekend in this beautiful home - amazing location. There was plenty of space for the three of us to have our own bedrooms. The first / main floor has so much space including a large bedroom with en suite bath. The lower lever has two additional bedrooms. Because one of them has the laundry in it this space has to list as a 2 bed but the two separate rooms are equal size. And the lower lever walks out to a pretty patio space. The location can’t be beat. The owners are amazing to work with. We had an awesome weekend and definitely recommend !
