Set within the 17 acre gated grounds in a spectacular location perched on headland overlooking the sea. Guests also have direct access at low tide via rocky steps from the private headland to the serene sands of Porth Beach, perfect for families to relax and build a sandcastle or two, or discover the natural wonder of the blow hole.
As the name suggests, glimpses of the sea can be enjoyed from this mid-terrace apartment. Reverse level living means you’ll find three en suite bedrooms on the lower level, whilst on the upper level a comfortable open plan living space offers you somewhere to relax. Savour your morning coffee on the terrace as you breathe in the fresh sea air before the rest of the family rise and shine.
With allocated parking and welcoming two pets, your family can enjoy exploring the attractions of Newquay and Cornwall. There are many family friendly beaches within easy reach including the famous Fistral Beach. Excellent location, spacious and comfortable
Wow! What a fantastic location. A stones throw from Lusty Glaze beach, there were many amazing walks from this property. The property itself was spacious and inviting. It was well equipped and very clean. The bedrooms were comfortable and it was great to have an en-suite per room. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook some decent meals. Quality dishwasher included. I highly recommend booking this property that’s dog friendly too. We did purchase an additional parking space as it mentioned we could. Beware it is costly. It was £48 for 4 nights in September for us. It was still cheaper than public parking nearby. Overall it was super!

Unexpectedly disappointed
We had high hopes of this property, which is in an amazing location. But it doesn't meet its description. The so called terrace outside the bedrooms is unkept, with rusted old furniture and weeds that are waist high. The bathroom doors had black mould growing. We faced multiple plumbing problems- the towel rails wouldn't heat, one shower flooded due to a blocked drain, and one bathroom was smelly over the entire week - we think due to a blocked drain. The owners were wholly unresponsive.

Perfect location , property needs maintenance, lots of weeds outside the main bedroom , scruffy looking , area where outside table is , is being a good clean , doesn’t look like been cleaned in a while , mould on back of doors in bathrooms , mould around showers , stale smell in bathrooms . Wardrobe door broken . Hoover absolutely stinks .

Long weekend for a wedding
This was a perfect location and plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children (under 2, but older would still have space) Booking via Vrbo was not easy as the management changed hands and communication was poor. When we called direct from the website everything was sorted with no problems.
