the apartments are in a stunning location on north beach and are well are well equiped sea view apartment are west facing and get stunning sunsets the rear view balcony apartments like we had have very sunny mornings , Newquay town centre is a walkable 40mins
would will stay again .
Nice and roomy for 2 couples. You can hear other guests in the common areas from inside your flat.

Perfect two bedroom on the beach!
Perfect two bedroom right on the beach. The location is simply outstanding. Clean and comfortable, with all of the amenities one would need (except for paper towels). Bedding was exceptional. As were the large bathrooms.
Book this gem. You will not regret it!

This Apartment was perfect in every way. Spotlessly clean and fresh throughout. Very well equipped though we didn't cook as we ate out most of the time or had a take away. The views were amazing and location was perfect. If I had to find one fault it would be lack of toiletries which was a problem but would have been a nice touch. Also no tea bags on tray but plenty of coffee. Just minor things. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return and highly recommend these apartments

Incredible views
We had such an amazing stay here. The view of Porth Beach was incredible and the apartment had everything we needed. I would highly recommend.
What a great place to stay when in this beautiful part of the Country! Right on Porth Beach, so you can just walk out on to the sands and pick up the SW Coastal Path.
Being connected to the Porth Meor Hotel (not literally) gives the comfort of a damn good breakfast option, if you don’t want to cater for yourself!!
The location of the apartment is brilliant, I thoroughly recommend Gwenna's tearoom.
However the photos and information is deceitful, it makes you believe you will have a sea view from your apartment which you do not. We quite reasonably spoke to the hotel receptionist who was exceptionally rude and unhelpful, she did not want to listen and repeatedly said but it doesn't say it has a sea view, but we tried to explain it also does not say it doesn't have a sea view and it has photos which implies it does.
Unnecessary conflict caused by the hotel on what was a lovely family weekend away.
