Our bright, spacious locke mountain sunday river townhouse will accommodate your entire family in luxurious comfort by night while the slope-side location - the absolute best in all of sunday river steps from the tempest trail/lift and the white cap area, gives you easy access to all the great skiing that the 8 peaks of sunday river has to offer by day. Ski-in/ski-out right from the back door.

This sunny warm three level townhouse, which is a third of the way up locke mountain, has incredible panoramic views of the mahoosuc mountain range from every level. Plus, because you are located high up on the mountain, you can skip taking the chair from the base in the morning and ski across to white heat and catch the first chair just as the mountain opens. There's nothing like being the first one down white heat and lay first tracks over fresh snow or fresh corduroy. Some morning you can get 3 or 4 runs in before the crowds arrives.

You enter on the second level which opens up into a sunny living area with leather couches and a cozy fireplace. On this same level are the dinning area and a fully equipped kitchen. Also, on this level, there's a comfy tv viewing area that features a 50' plasma tv with full cable access and broadband wifi internet.

The top level consists of the master bedroom with a full private bath and great views. There are two other bedrooms on this level with a shared full bath. All three rooms have queen beds.

The first level is a wide open comfortable space with 3 sets of bunk beds, an entertainment area with a tv, couch and chair. There's also a full bathroom. Adjacent to this is a storage room with a washer and dryer.

There's also for your relaxation a private association heated outdoor saline pool, hot tub, sauna, changing rooms, and a great roomy lounge/club house with a fireplace/stove, 80 inch lcd tv, and a foosball table. The pool complex is steps away from the townhouse.

Note: My girls and i have skied here since they were as young as 2. They are older now and have many competing activities and we don't use the house much anymore.

Locke mountain offers spacious tri-level town homes and fabulous slope-side access with its location bordered by the wildfire, road runner and tempest trails - and the tempest lift running adjacent. Locke mountain is where the first runs on the mountain were cut. Ski access to white cap leads to some of the most challenging terrain at the resort as well as the white cap fun center where you can enjoy ice skating. Rental availability is very limited.

The locke mtn townhouses feature spacious three-bedroom units with two baths that will accommodate up to 12 people. These multi-bedroom/bath units have decks, wood-burning or gas fireplaces, and washers and dryers.
