The property is beautiful and the breakfast was delicious excellent selection the even have a egg station the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs holding our bags to 7 pm so we can still spend the day shopping without having to worry about carrying around luggage would highly recommend will be back

Staff was friendly and great customer service but at times no hellos or how are you’s sometimes help from the bellboys and the maids friendly people but desk wasn’t all that could do better so train people to smile more and greet people but not be fake because you can tell when someone is fake and the manager of the property don’t hide behind the desk I saw you and don’t even ask us how our stay was that was pretty shameful but everyone has there own opinions and I won’t be staying there again

The service at the hotel was top notch. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Beach towels are available at the front desk. At the beach across the street, loungers and large umbrellas are available for a small fee. The location is very walkable to restaurants, beach bars and shopping. The breakfast had many choices. Look for the egg station at the far end of the room

I can safely say this was my favourite stay in Vietnam. The hotel is right across the street from the beach. The rooftop pool and bar was my favourite place to spend the day. The staff there were so sweet and helpful. Breakfast options were plenty, my favourite as well. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Did not have face towels, lighting in the room can be brighter and does not have enough hooks in the bathroom for towels; else hotel is good. The buffet restaurant in the 3rd floor was very good, better than local restaurants.

I would definitely stay here again if I return to da nang. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. If you're into surfing, make sure to visit Ly's surf shop just across the street.

Staffs were professional and friendly. The rooms may come with breakfast depending on the type of room. They offer a variety of food for their buffet. Rooms are very clean and have really beautiful views even if the window is on the side of the room. HAIAN truly amazed us with their amenities. Beautiful hotel. I'd definitely stay with them again.
