Staff were excellent !!! They help ensure a fantastic stay. Henry was flexible with our check out time & helped with our airport transportation. He was so sweet wanted us there earlier-he was worried for us ( miss flight) John helped us stay hydrated. Always have a smile when I ask for ice Mateo got our food ready on arrival as we came late (missed a day of stay)

It is incredibly noisy at this hotel. There is loud music and people constantly yelling in loudspeakers outside the hotel at all hours. People in other rooms yelling and slamming doors. You won’t sleep at this hotel! Also no air conditioning in hallways or elevators. It’s miserable! The WiFi is worse than being outside on the street, one employee put their hands on my son trying to treat him like a worthless piece of garbage. There is absolutely no privacy.

This hotel was comfortable, immaculate and very friendly. The staff were very generous and met our every need. Had laundry done and although more expensive than other services in are it was done incredibly well. We walked to dinner and beach was 3 mins away. Highly recommend!!

Loved everything about my stay here except that I couldn't control the AC. There was no individual AC unit in the room itself. The hotel itself was great, location was perfect and i enjoyed the breakfast buffet! Would definitely stay here again.
