Vinpearl Discovery 2
We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa in Vinoearl Discovery 2. Enjoyed it and it was very nice. The air condition seemed to be set so it could not be lowered under 26c. This felt a bit a hot at night time. This should be changed. The restaurant was busy so it was hard to get access to the BBQ food.

The property is five star but the service is not. The gym, pool, hotel property and the transport was all five star but the service was very average and nothing to make me want to come back. The food is all very over priced. We went to the Chinese restaurant at ocean hills and were very disappointed. We waited over one hour for food which was not good at all.

Great all around hotel for families!
Two bedroom pool villa is incredibly spacious and spotless in its upkeep. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the pool and beach are great. Easy access to the island's golf course and amusement park were hits with the family. The only negative is the lack of food choices at the hotel. The two restaurants offer buffet only for lunch and dinner, and room service is quite expensive. You have to take a 5-10 minute tuktuk ride to a different hotel restaurant to order a la carte (which we did almost every dinner meal). Only inconvenience about the place. Everything else is fantastic!

This trip was fantastic! The staff were really friendly and helpful. We stayed in an ocean view room and the view was amazing, especially during sunrise and sunset. The buffet food didn’t change much day to day, but it was still very good.

Very nice place!
Lovely hotel along a nice beach, great value for 5 star. Staff are friendly and most speak English. Most people come to vinpearl land, but if you want to go to a beach, and a huge pool this place is great. Nice room, hot shower, big bathtub, great wifi and air con. Breakfast had lots of choices. We did not have the dinner buffet but chose to eat in the bar, great hamburger but chips were cold.

Great beach and pool...go for a relaxing stay but be prepared for noisy children. Two issues to be aware of...check in and out complicated because of starting on mainland and boat to island...took two hours to get our luggage delivered. Other issue is often people did not understand rules. For example, we were told our stay included entrance to the park, but it turned out not to be true. No or overpriced shops so take snacks, water, or soda from the mainland.

I did leave a messages to the hotel, but they don't response ,the messages is : Dear Hotel Maneger and Lost and found department., This is second messages I send , I was send the first at 6 April 2016, detail of I was left in the room 613 where i stay on 30 March to 01 April,it is one Panasonic Camara and one pair Ray ban Sunglasses right beside the TV stand, would you please let me know did the housekeeping staffs found the stuff I left in the room, Thank's Sincerely yours. and in the mini bar was totally empty and no splipper in the room

A marvellous hotel same Las Vegas
Clear a very big hotel , we have not a beautiful view but normal a big discount...65/100...comfort in room same ...smile of people same...a little problem with the noise of Chinese clients and many things not correct in swimming pool ...I see for the first time in the world a man I think Chinese but not sure washing shoes and others things in the big swimming pool... But it is not the fault of the staff it was a bad client...That is a good place beautiful beach , beautiful swimming pool, beautiful golf...but Vinpearl land is a team of rubber I take a ticket and I stay 5mn in land because I go to city to change with my friend my flight when I return my friend has no problem because he was in luxury Vinpearl but me in Vinpearl golf land and spa in the same morning to join in land my wife and daughter I was obliged to take a 2e ticket 850 000 Dongs ...all awful...they have foto of me not enough...

Room condition was terrible, and the smell was awful. because they just painted the door for maintenance. they assigned the room w/o cleaning perfectly, and the floor was so dirty. i was very annoyed because i have baby. i called 3 times to the service desk to change the room, but nobody come or call back for checking my status. I've been waiting around an hour. finally i could change the room when i visit reception again. regarding the food.. they had cancelled my order 5 times because the food every i ordered was sold out. there is 2 restaurants, but the same menu. menus are so boring & monotonous. workers didn't filled the food, and didn't care well. it seems worker were not enough for this hotel. regarding room service or ordering the food in the lobby bar, we had to wait more than 45 minutes. the only thing i satisfied was short distance between Vinwonders and hotel. we could visit aquarium 4 times, and fully enjoyed Vinwonders during my trip.
