The villa we stay at was nice for a family of 10. The villa was only 3 room so they charged us 1 adult and 2 children extra for the breakfast and dinner buffet for a total of over $500 US dollars for a 5 night stay. It wasn't stated in the booking, only after we had booked did they send us an email saying we had to pay for the "extra" guest. Needless to say, I forked out the money since we had already bought tickets to Nha Trang and planned around staying there. The villa was clean and in a decent location walking distance to the restaurants and the main building. The restaurant and buffet is where this place failed miserably. For a 5-star hotel, it seemed more like a 1 star hotel in terms of food service. Getting a table for breakfast and dinner was like a mad dash to run to a free table. Half the time we had to wait or were crammed into a small table. That wasn't the only bad part. The food was average at best but getting it was a mad scramble just to get any food that was put out. There was only 1 person at the noodle stations so people was just cramming in just to get their orders in and no discernable line with people just walking in front and ordering. Breakfast seemed to be the worst, when they ran out of tables they carted people to another restaurant only to have no tables left there either. Not enough cooks or food so people were left fighting for scraps. There is no way this place is 5 star, the service was okay but the restaurants were bad.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms come with many complimentary amenities and services. Breakfasts were fantastic! There is no AC and smart TV however. It’s a cool area so a fan was enough. There were many black ants in our room but luckily there was none on our bed. The area is quite hard for cars to move in and out.

I don’t like the way the hotel handle luggage: 1) I was waiting for the shuttle bus in the heat on the afternoon 2 May at the cable car station. In more than 20 minutes there were 5 shuttle bus went by but not stop to pick up passengers. They were prioritizing picking up luggages at the ferry terminal. Are you in the hospitality business or hauling business? 2) when checking out with my luggage rather than ship them ahead. There were no support at the boat terminal on both sides. I am 60 yrs old and had to self serve 50 kilos not having access to a luggage cart. Not pleasant. Dining room services with screaming children and parents is not pleasant. You have several dining areas, why cant you have one for adult only?

I planned a trip from the US to Vietnam to propose to my gf. When we got there my mom got pulled aside by a staff member and scammed her out of over $100. I paid for a room and paid the extra fee for the extra person already but they told her she needed to pay it. When I found out I went to go talk to the front desk and they said they can’t do anything about it and I needed to talk to Expedia. I chatted with Expedia and they said they talked to the front desk and I needed to go back there and talk to them. I went there and they said they can’t refund me but they’ll give me a credit. We didn’t want to waste it so I just used it for VinWonder, which was not part of our plan, and it was boring and dead so we left after only 2 hours. It was also a waste of a short time we had there.

The rooms are very spacious, but seem to waste a lot of space. For example, the kitchen looks nice, but isn't really functional. The property is very clean and well kept. The check in process took a very long time for us and we didn't receive information on amenities. The manager did get involved and try to do everything he could to make things right for us.

Very clean , luxurious and opulent . Gym facilities were all brand new and well maintained. We would have liked the option to refill filtered water instead of being given new bottled water daily and contributing to unnecessary plastic use. Buffet breakfast and dinners were awesome . Very tasty and with a lot of variety to cater for all. Would have loved to have more dining options in the resort .

Private beach and Breakfast are excellent! Very beautiful resort gardens too. But the logistics to get to the villa are cumbersome. As a result our luggage arrived hours after after we checked in. Staff tries to be helpful but everyone’s English is really limited. It was difficult to communicate anything.
