Nice amenities and friendly staff.
Some nice amenities, esp. shuttle service within 15 minutes, to bars, restaurants and Shaw Festival. Did not care for the accessible room we agreed to. It seemed to be accommodating for a wheelchair- bound person, but was awkward for someone not needing it, I.e. heavy bathroom door which was difficult and slow to operate.

Lovely hotel right on the strip. Perfect location. Staff super friendly and so happy it had underground parking as we arrived during the Santa Claus Parade so it would have been impossible to find a spot otherwise.

This is a lovely property and enjoyed our stay overall. My only issues were the walls and floors are very thin and you can hear the other guests talking in their rooms. There is no desk and only one chair in the room we stayed in, and there was no luggage rack. The room was small and a bit cramped.

Great place to stay!
It was the perfect location for our friends weekend getaway. Staff was very attentive and friendly. The shuttle service provided was super helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. All in all a great place to stay!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Beautiful, relaxing, the spa is fabulous and the food is very good. My only complaint was that the a/c was not strong enough and very loud and whirring noise was constant from the unit. But I will most definitely be back!

Did not like the spa. Most expensive (and not fantastic) pedicure I have ever experienced. Could not use the hot tub or pool without a $100 extra charge. I may have mis-understood the gentleman at reception who told us that we could ask for a shuttle to take us to any of the wineries listed. When we asked on Monday at 1 pm for this service, we found out that it was not available until 4 pm and was booked.

Absolutely brutal night's sleep, I was woken up by the neighboring room (felt like they were next to my bed). The hotel is cute, location is great. But the rooms need at least a minimal amount of privacy.
