Overall it was good. Had issue using wifi and also none of the TV worked due to wifi issues. We told FS 3 different times that their was issue with wifi and we were not able to connect to wifi or use tv's.

Parking was an extra $20 per night. Kinda high, right? Otherwise very good. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The pla a is practically new so no issues with the building itself.

This place is amazing. I have stayed in many hotels in Niagara and this by far is my favorite. Very clean which is a must for me. Rooms are modern and cozy. Very close walk to Clifton Hill. Will be returning.

Awesome rooms, and the beauty of it was that it was cheaper than most of the hotels in the area. The stay was wonderful and I would definitely recommend the Lofts as the premier place to stay while visiting the Falls.

This was our second time staying at Cannery Lofts and it still holds up to par with our expectations. Parking was safe and it’s a walkable distance to Clifton Hill. The room next to ours was so noisy but the front desk promptly addressed our concern. We will definitely stay here again.

The area around the hotel is a bit of an eyesore, and there was a slight lingering smell in the hallways, though the room was fine. Huge, clean and modern rooms, very nice. Definitely deserves its high rating overall, would return (though I'd like for them to identify what the smell in the hallways was and deal with it).

The property itself was clean and well kept. We were on the second floor and had some very noisy occupants above us one night. Other than that, it was quiet. However, there was a homeless person sleeping right next to the property and he was visible from our bedroom window. Also, the rental was advertised as having three TVs, which it did, but you had to hook up through your phone and ours would not connect. So consequently we had no television for three days. With all that being said, the rental itself was beautiful, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and we did enjoy our stay.
