Property is extremely clean, rooms are spacious, great location to everything, walkable, BUT neighbouring guests can be heard easily through the walls/doors. No privacy, our room had (2) pass through doors connecting the rooms on either side of us. Good Ideas for families wanting to stay connected. Better ventilation for people choosing to cook in their rooms. We were welcomed to fish smells for a few hours. Poor sound insulated rooms = No Sleep. IMO if this was addressed, this would be my first choice for accommodations when visiting the falls.

The property itself - amazing. Everything you need. However, we noticed a stain on our bedsheets when we checked in, went downstairs (there’s no phones in the room) to speak with front desk, said they’d get it taken care of… all they did was place another sheet on top. Which didn’t seem to make much sense to me as I asked for a full bed change as I couldn’t trust that the pillows or top sheet were then clean.

The hotel is very new, modern design and with great looking and fully equipped rooms (with full kitchen). the only downside is the neighbourhood - it's a bit sketchy area.

A great place to stay - particularly with a family
Our family loved the Cannery Lofts. Spacious, well-appointed, modern and delightful. A complete counterpoint and breath of fresh air to the otherwise totally tacky Niagara Falls area.

Toilet was so dirty. We had to clean it ourselves by using sanitizer wipes. Seems likely there was no sound proofing. So, sounds from next so loud. Sheet of the sofa bed wasn’t clean.

This was nicely decorated, and ao close to walk to Clifton Hills. Everything was very convenient. The only thing is that we had to ask for more towels and house keeping was not offered for a thurs night to sunday stay.

Very clean, nice size room. It had everything needed to cook and prepare meals if you so choose. The property was clean and in walking distance to the main strip. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!!

Pros: Clean, high shower is good for tall people, excellent amenities in kitchenette and in good condition, good hvac/temp in room. Cons: Pull out sofa bed comfortable as far as pull out sofa beds go but very noisy any time you moved on it, poor soundproofing between adjacent units. Only two chairs and small table for dining in room even though our party had 3 people and room accommodates up to 4. Overall impressions: very good, would recommend and return.
