Great Place!
We have stayed in a lot of rentals in my travels and this has been one of our favorites! It was a great setup for us with 2 kids (6 & 9). If you have littles where stairs are an issue...there are lots so bring your gates. The stairs were no issues for us. The place was very nice, quiet, nice restaurants around, and close to the falls. Host was amazing and even helped us get the Olympics on the TV. Would absolutely stay here again!

Clean Unit, Fantastic Location
Great, fast communication, only 5 minutes from the Falls. A lot a construction debris across the way so I assume they're planning to build out. That being said, there was no noise whatsoever. Very quiet neighborhood. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Loved that. I would like to suggest putting drapes up on the small window in the guest room as the room was too sunny for my liking (not an early riser Lol). The bigger window had them, the smaller window didn't. No biggie though. Just my personal opinion as my eyes are a little sensitive to light. Also, I wish there was a coffee table in front of the couch in the living room as there wasn't one there and no side tables either to put your drinks/snacks on. But the unit was very clean and we loved everything else about it and also the private rooftop patio was very cool. We will definitely rent it again the next time we're up there!

Just what we needed
This lovely townhouse fit the bill--two BR with en suite BA, open floorplan kitchen/dining/living, and sufficient parking--perfect for two couples (and doggo). Close to NF, restaurants, shopping. Great communications with host.

Beautifully decorated and clean
The host was lovely, and clear in her instructions. The place was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We very much appreciated that it was pet friendly. And we really loved the rooftop terrace! Cooking was a challenge due to the lack of staples in the kitchen. The location is still fresh from new build construction but it puts you in close proximity to attractions.

Weekend in Niagara with my bestie
To our surprise we walked into tons of stairs, so I must recommend that you state that on your listing, other then that the house was immaculate! The bedroom with the two singles are made more for children so as a 65+ old adult it was not so comfortable. We purchased some dishsoap and a dishcloth so that we would not have to start the dishwasher after every meal, we left that behind for your next guest! Also the coffee machine was giving us some grief, we think it might have something to do with the filters that are left for our use... The weather was cold/rainy/windy so we did not use your deck.

Pleasant stay in a clean and friendly place.
The condo provided everything we needed and many extras that added a nice personal touch to our stay. It was nice to have a full kitchen so we could have some breakfast without eating out. Allison provided a toaster when requested which was much appreciated. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and it was close enough to the visit the falls without being right in the middle of all the casinos and retail space.
