The hotel was just average at best. The room smelled of smoke and the breakfast area was completely packed and there was no room to sit so we had to return to our smoke smelled room to eat. The only benefit was the distance to the fallsview casino to watch a concert.

It was OK.
The hotel is well situated and staff are very friendly and accommodating. The pool is nice. Breakfast got very busy on Saturday morning but the food was good and lots of selection. The rooms are pretty basic but have the necessities (note there's no closet and as a family of 4 we didnt have much storage space.) The room appeared clean but after 5 minutes in a pair of white socks we realised that the floor was incredibly dirty. We were traveling with toddlers and the filthy floor was a concern. Overall, the hotel was ok but I wouldnt stay here again.

Basic Hotel. Basic amenities kind of far from all the attractions and casinos unless you like walking or Ubers? Rooms had cheap laminate flooring beds were kind of uncomfortable. Kind of sketchy neighborhood

The Bathroom was dirty. There was lots of dirt behind the door and under the sink, visible as soon as you used the toilet and looked around. The TP holder was broken. One of the two elevators was broken at breakfast rush time and there was noone at front desk to tell. There was a spill in the corner of breakfast room had piles of towels all over it. The Car park was full and non-EVs took 3 out 4 EV spots. For a $330 overnight stay (inc parking) it was not good. We would not return.

This hotel needs renovation big time but staff and breakfast was good. Pool area wasn’t clean and pool floor needs a repair. My doughy got big scratches from our room window, she was in pain.

It was a pleasant check in process. However, quality declined during our stay. I called for more towels, I was told to go to front desk to pick it up. As I got there, no one was at the front desk. I kept hearing a voice in the back, I kept calling and waited for 5 minutes or longer. The lady was on a phone. We had a terrible night of sleep. The mattress was soft, and bouncy. The walls are very thin, you can hear every step or every door that opens. The AC in the room is very loud that goes on and off at all times. I mentioned my concerns at the front, I was told the manager will contact me. I haven’t heard anything yet. Not worth the value.

This hotel is a big scam! The real condition of the hotel is totally different from the pictures on their website. The condition of the rooms is terrible. There are stains on the wall and it smells very bad in the room. The paint of the window sill is pilling off due to probably water infiltration. I had to take my old parents and young kids to a different hotel. The price was $279 taxes per room!!!!!! I requested the hotel to refund me but got refused and they insisted that the pictures of the room reflect the real condition of their rooms which is definitely a lie!!!! I am working to get my money refund.
