I chose this property because of its immediate proximity to the falls and the Maid of the Mist. However, the price of the room did not match the condition of the room which had a sliding closet door off its rail and the bathroom sink stopper was inoperable and I had to do a makeshift repair to allow the water in the sink to empty into the drain. I did report this to management upon departure. The hotel is CLEAN but somewhat "tired" looking and could use some updating particularly the carpeting. The breakfast was good.! I would stay here again primarily because of its convenient location!

Its very near to Niagara falls state park, only 4mnts walk which was very convenient for us. Room was not cleaned properly. Especially the rug. It was so dirty. Parking was not free. We had to pay 20$ extra which was nit given while booking.

The location of this property is very convenient for those visiting Niagara Falls State Park. There lots of food trucks around this property which again makes its location a very convenient one.

The breakfast and the dining room works great the staff at the dining room was great also but the rooms and the furniture seems old and dirty we have to clean the tables and we got very dirty clothes I'm doing that otherwise safety and quiet
