Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms with a jacuzzi tub. Was able to leave car parked at the hotel while we toured Niagara Falls.

We stayed for 4 nights and for the age of the property I must say it was clean and smelled good--throughout the halls and rooms. You were greeted with the wonderful smell of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and the staff was pleasant, welcoming and very informative of the area. We were within 10-20 minutes walking distance of scores of restaurants, casinos, shops, kids amusement and the Falls. We felt very safe in the area. HOWEVER, you will pay $20 per night to park on a dirt- gravel lot, the "free" breakfast is minimal and not that great. Meats every morning was pork. The television in our room lacked clarity-very fuzzy picture and the channel selections were minimal. Would I stay here again? If for 1-2 nights, yes.

Very good area. Quiet surroundings yet only a couple minutes walk to the Clifton attractions. Room was very clean and tidy, no complaints of any excessive noise throughout our stay. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very good for the price

Very nice staff! They were very knowledgable with helpful ideas of where to shop, eat and visit during our stay. Room very spacious with large hot tub. Bed, pillows and down throw blanket was amazing. On the down side, fridge in room had no temperature control which made our beverages freeze. Breakfast was good but there was only 2 different choices depending on the day. Not the hotels fault, but the indian cuisine called Spices and Flavors plays LOUD music till wee hours of the morning. Should be a city ordinance to minmize the noise.

Very pleasant staff upon check in. Breakfast has tons of options, it’s roomy and well laid out. Free coffee is always available in the lobby. Beds were firm but pillows were overly soft or lumpy and very small. Hotel is well looked after and clean.

Great little hotel, clean with great staff.
Just a one night visit for my wife and I. The hotel is clean, well situated and the front desk staff are exemplary., friendly informative and speedy. Our room was good, clean and comfortable. Warm cookies and hot coffee available for free at the front was an added bonus. The tv did not work for several hours, a Cogeco cable issue. It might be time to upgrade to wireless. The water pressure was great, lots of hot water and a very nice little buffet, good selection and pleasant hard working staff. Other than the cable issue we -had a great trip and will happily return.

The hotel itself was nice overall. The staff was pleasant, and always there to answer our questions. Our room was clean but a little outdated. The location of the property was on the edge of a relatively shady part of town.

Great location...easy access to the falls. Too bad you have to pay to park everyday but was glad they had parking. Very convenient but not quiet at all. Across the street from rooftop bar with music all during the night
