We paid $300 for a room and booked in advance and someone walked in and paid $170 for the same room and she told us she couldn’t do anything about it. Paid $30 for parking Toilet did not flush Fire alarm would beep every 10mins AC did not work the best…room was hot Bathrooms were very tiny

We waited 30 mins trying to check in but were told they didn't have the suite, 1 king with sleeper sofa that we had reserved so they sent us down the road to a different hotel. We waited in line again and were given a double bed room with a view of a wall we couldnt tell if it was still daytime outside). I let them know that I wanted the king room I had reserved but they kept messaging me that I would need to take it up with Days Inn because they said we only had a double. Needless to say I am not happy. I finally just had to let it go so as not to ruin the 2 day vacation.

I asked for a quiet room but I was subjected to noisy party animals on Fri night upto 3am. They vomited in the carpeted stairway going up to the 3rd. Something needs to be done.
