Clean room, great bed, free wifi & parking! Not too far of a walk to Clifton hill or the falls — about 15 min. No breakfast included but IHop is a minute walk from the diplomat. Perfect spot if you just need a place to sleep & park as the price was reasonable and location was close to everything. Staff are so kind and friendly. Definitely will recommend and come back in the future. Thanks again.

ALPHONSE

The room was recently renovated albeit a very basic design and ambiance. Room including washroom were clean and reasonably spacious. The stairs and hallway leading to our second floor room were unclean especially the carpet. Doors to newly renovated rooms do not appear to have been replaced thereby detracting from the overall impact of recent renovation program undertaken at the Diplomat Inn. Overall for the price of the stay it was more than adequate especially as we were there only for one night . There was plenty of parking and location is a 10 - 15 walk to Fallsview Casino and OLG Theatre. Entrance off the parking lot consisted of a automatic sliding door allowing anyone to enter and thereby raising a potential security and safety concern. A solid GOOD!

what drew me to this hotel was the location ( easy walking distance to most amenities ) and the price that includes parking They must be spending a small fortune on the upgrades which I think is money well spent, staff were very friendly, rooms are clean and spacious ( I would have been happy with half the size ) I would definitely stay there again

Lilly was so great to check us in early. She was very friendly. They had coffee throughout the day on the main floor. They also had two new microwaves on the 2nd floor and an ice maker. So we could microwave at any time that we required it. Everything was so clean. We ladies just had such an amazing time there. We will always go back to The DIplomat Inn. Great job Lilly.
