The noise from the fire pit that was right under our window. Called the front desk at 10 pm n was told couldn’t say anything to the partyers til after 11. Some people like to sleep by 10

Clean room and very nice front desk staff. Flavoured water in the day, and tea and coffee in the AM is a very nice touch. Older Gentleman who is there in the AM is very nice.

Depending on what you are looking for, this property is relatively close to a bunch of wineries (approx. 15-20 minute drive) and then the other direction, it's about the same amount of time to the Falls and Clifton Hill. The Property was nice, and allows pets for a reasonable fee (definitely a bonus). Only downfall was restaurant didn't have a lunch service at the hotel, but that was honestly the only downfall.
