The experience was awful. The price was super high, there was no AC in the room and when I called the desk to ask why it was 85 degrees they just said this tower doesn’t have heat and AC. Just to turn the HVAC OFF. It never got. Below 80 all night. Miserable. The WiFi never worked properly. Would take 10 minutes to load a simple web page even though I paid for the upgraded WiFi. The bed was hard as. Rock. Paid north of 400 for one night, and could have gotten a much better nights rest at motel 6.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom and loved that we were upgraded to a falls view upon arrival. We loved that there was a path to get to the OLG stage. We had a wonderful stay and will defintely be coming back.

Bed uncomfortable, felt old and worn out. Kept rolling to the middle bc it sunk in. anyone can go up the elevator, safety concern. Parking $80 is a complete rip off. You should be embarrassed to charge such an absurd amount to park

Staff was incredible. The bellman was very knowledgeable and pointed out lots of must see things for us. We had a minor issue with the TV. I used the app to report it and maintenance was at our door in under 5 minutes and had the problem corrected in a few minutes. View was spectacular. We will definitely be back.
