For what you pay, this place is great. Prime location to casino and easy walk to the falls. Tons of food options close by--Copacabana, Tacos n Tequila, Appleby's, etc! Chief complaint for me was the water pressure in the hotel was rough. The lobby was also really small and made us wait outside for check in. Staff was excellent and beds were comfy! Parking for $50 was a bit steep. We ended up parking at Fallsview right beside it. Would stay here again for sure!

I can't provide a good review about my saty because First of all I didn't stay at the Oakes . At 2 PM we received a phone call and we were told that we were transfer to a different hotel and we didn't like that because it was only 2 hours before the checking in but also I don't think it's right. Also Expedia didn't show anything about my new change. The stay at the other hotel was good. It Hilton Niagara Falls.

The property is outdated, and the carpet is both dirty and sticky. I noticed hair in the bathtub, which highlights the overall lack of cleanliness. It was pretty noisy at night; opening the window revealed people rummaging through the garbage bins. The only redeeming quality is the location, which is excellent.
