Nice hotel but with everyone checking in at the same time it was very busy and the parking was behind the building and we had to carry our luggage up stairs and since I use a cane it was very difficult

Beautiful view of Horse Shoe falls and Niagara Falls! Make sure to pay a little extra for Falls side. Perfect location! Parking high though. $50 Canadian dollars a day.

It’s surprise that hotel staff has changed hotel without prior information. I have booked my hotel long time back via Expedia but surprisingly that have changed my stay. I don’t know how to rate this hotel.

The build show a lot of potential at the lobby but rooms hall are very dirty . I ask to clean my room they said they only clean every fourth of you booked for that long . We gotta ask for fresh towels . I see they way they clean they just sweet the floors from the rooms and never use vacuum. I wear my white socks in the room and instantly they got brown from the dust in the carpet . Shower heads need to replace . They very old and rusty it was very terrible to take showers . They need a lot improved. I am very sure if they do inspection from heath authority’s they won’t pass . Because of the cleaning is very terrible. Sorry for being truthful but . I don’t want any one else to waste their money . Or getting sick

We didn’t stay at the Oaks they had a plumbing and the Oak’s booked us in to the Hilton i didn’t like it at all check in is terriblea about 3/4 of an hour we took the of site parking at the Oaks it’s so convenient also walking to the Falls is quite a ways i walk with a Walker we didn’t go to the Falls other wise the room was the same booking not your fault i take the Oaks anytime
