When I first checked I found the bed size is not the King size I booked and the room has a noise from below AC machine. I talked with the front desk and she insisted the bed size is correct I finally convinced her to sent in someone to check. Eventualy room is changed with the correct sized bed and I was happy with it.

Our stay was good but the room was expensive even going through hotels.com, they offered an upgrade but i had to pay an extra 60.00 and parking was 50.00 for one night....crazy expensive, so all in with everything including all the ridiculous taxes...it was 501.00 for a basic 2 queen beds with a fallsview.

We stayed at the 9th floor. The view is awesome and the room was clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. But there was no water in the room and no shower gel. For the price i would still recommend this place

Upgrades needed desperately.
Check in was ridiculously long. Over 1/2 an hour and that was at 5:45 pm. Room was ok. Very much needed an upgrade. Cracked and broken sink. Toilet would not flush unless handle held entire time. Shower was hot or cold. No warm. And mismarked to boot. Cracked tiles in bathroom floor. Room was advertised as river view and was more expensive than street view. On the 5th floor there was very limited view of anything. $60 A night to park on their premises. No security and quite sketchy to get too. You either have to walk your belongings all the way around the building or up several steps. Very difficult with suitcases and multiple bags. Ice and soda on even floors only. All day coffee was available but plain cream and sugar only. For 2 nights including parking for off season $641. I would give this place 1 star and that was because the location was good. Would not stay here again even if the price was lower.

Motel for the price of a Hotel
You are paying for a motel, not a hotel. Parking costs extra $60 too. They lure you in with nice pictures of the hotel tower but those are more expensive rooms with an upgrade. For the cost you see here you are getting a motel room in a building attached to the back side of the hotel. My room was absolutely filthy, had garbage and dust in all the corners. The TV or phone in my room didn’t work. I had to call the front desk through my cell phone to get a technician to my room (super nice guy btw). The reason the TV wasn’t working is because the wall outlet it was plugged into wasn’t working, guess that’s how old this place is. Only good thing about this place is the proximity to the falls and casinos. If you don’t mind walking an extra 5-10 minutes, then this place isn’t for you!

Couldn't ask for better staff. They were friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. The location is also amazing. Very convenient for walking everywhere you could want. However; the hotel halls and room need some serious fixing. The bathtub couldnt shut off all the way, wallpaper coming off, light switches would only work half of the time, bed didnt fit bed frame so it almost flips when you sit on it, carpet and wallpaper look like theyre from the 80s.
