Great food, clean, beautiful heritage building. Nice rooms. Having the bar close at 10 on weeknights was surprising and disappointing as many guests came back after the show at Fall View Casino for a drink only to find the bar closed. We took off two stars for that.

Not worth tha extra costs. Extra $50 per night for dog. Extra $50 per night for adult after 1. No tv reception and need to ask to change rooms if you’d like a smart tv. Just wanted more than 5 channels so kids could watch something before bed. Pool dimly lit and very small. They will bring you a fridge if you ask for more fees. Cute place though. Didn’t eat there.

Beautiful property, perfect location, the dining was delicious. The only thing is, our bathroom lights were all out, except for one bulb, so it was hard to see. The mirror’s light wasn’t working either. We told the staff but they didn’t seem to mind but will definitely go back! Loved it.

Hidden fees
Be aware they charge $35 to park in THEIR lot. They will then charge you an additional $17.99 for water, coffee, and WiFi. They have no idea if any of it is used but will charge it as a standard fee. For the price of the room, those things should be included. Nice place to stay, desk clerks amazing but the hidden “facility fee” will stop me from ever coming back

Upon check-in I felt I was shown an inferior room, just so that I ask for an upgrade which cost almost 1/2 more then the original booking price. The cost of $35 Tax parking fee was exorbitant considering there there are 2-3 other parking lots next door charging $5.00-$8.00 or $10.00 for all day parking. Finally, all windows and doors were sealed closed and I could not open any for some fresh air. It was a nice autumn day yet I had to turn on the AC to get cool air in the room. Waste of energy.

Good location amenities wise, but that's about it... paid for my stay through Expedia, and then they charged my card again when I checked in ... and I opted for the pay now option on Expedia.... then its advertised there pet friendly, but charged an extra 50$ a night, 35$ a night to park, and a "hotel fee" of 17$ on top of the outrageous 170$ a night... it's dark, it's dingey, and smells weird. The fire alarm went off for about 25 minutes, and I got woken up to a crying baby every morning. The house keepers walked in on my naked husband and myself sleeping at 9am even though we had the deadbolt locked... They have to lock ALL doors even the front entrance, to make sure the homeless people don't come in and harass the guests... I was charged a 250$ "safety deposit" even though my MasterCard was on file... told I would get it back at check out... but then informed at check out it will take 6-9 business days... I'm assuming they just hope people will forget. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE . Not at all what is described...
