Need to fix your hotel

Room is falling apart , the bathroom sink is rotted the trap drips in to the base . The patio door handle is off and the patio door only locks with the stick . There is free parking but not enough for all the cars . The breakfast was fine , the coffe was very good . The location to niagra falls is great easy to walk . Get the room on sale dont pay full price

It’s close to everything related to Niagara Falls. The area is quite touristy, so if that’s not your thing, then this isn’t the place for you. Parking is tight, but we managed. The bed is clean, comfy, shower gets warm quickly. If you’re looking for quiet, keep in mind you are by the Falls. If it’s during certain times of the year, the fireworks go off around 10ish & it sounds like a war zone in the room. But again…expected. The price is really good compared to others in the area & totally walkable to everything, plus the parking was free. This made it all worthwhile.

The suite itself was nice, clean, and we got a decent view. However, the parking situation was not great. We were lucky we found one spot but it was very tight. It was convenient that it was included but still difficult. Breakfast was included which was a nice perk but tables were not cleaned after use so it was frustrating to find a table. Hidden fees like a resort fee was not mentioned and I had to cover that in addition to room cost after our stay. Photos shown in the booking did not look like the room. The suite was dated. It was a last minute booking but quite pricey for what I got. Great location though.

Great Hotel!!

Was a great place to stay. I have mobility issue's so it was close to where we needed to go. The breakfast was a nice surprise as well. Would definitely stay again!!
