My room was nice but a little small. Bed was comfy but the pillow, a little "meh". The bathroom wall had a small hole in one corner. I am not a coffee drinker but use it to do tea. I found it dirty, when I first used it. I had to thoroughly rinse the cup thing. The room had a little fridge. The breakfast they offer is not complimentary and added to price of stay. For me, it was not worth the money because they do not offer gluten free or much vegan options; with no opt-out choice. The location is really good and why I booked my stay there. The propriety is a little in disrepair and dirty. Housekeeping was good, coming every day of my stay. I would stay again for the location, However, I would love it if they could offer an opt-out for the breakfast charge, because they can not accommodate those with special dietary needs.

This was the best decision The breakfast is included with lots of variety, hot and cold options, including a waffle maker. Free parking. Free EV charger, 1 Tesla and 1 regular. The tower side, the 2 queen bed room faces the USA falls and we watched the fireworks from our bed every night.

This property is right in the heart of Niagara Falls, and is super convenient to the everything. While the property is a little dated, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was adequate. We were able to walk to the falls and enjoy free parking provided by the hotel. We were also able to view the fireworks show from our room.

This was in a perfect location and everything was in walking distance! The skylon tower was right next door! The hotel has a pool, there was free parking which was so convenient and the price included breakfast! We were very pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. We had a double queen with a balcony over looking the American falls. They called it a river view. You can see from my photos our view. While I couldn't see all of the falls, we could see them change color and enjoy all the lights. We viewed the fireworks from the ground, but we were told they would have been visible from our room. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We did find a spider on the ceiling and one flying bug in the bathroom, but we had a balcony so this wasn't unexpected or off putting for us personally as they must have come in from the balcony. The room had been well used over the years. I would not call it dated but there was some obvious cosmetic damage. We noticed the ceiling had been repaired in places, there were some deep scratches on one wall and the floor around the balcony on the inside looked as if the door either didn't seal well or it had been left open while raining multiple times over the years. For us personally, this wasn't an issue. We didn't pay for the Hilton. It was lived in but clean, family friendly with an amazing view and 5 mins walk from the falls. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles, cereal, English muffins, toast, muffins and oatmeal

You get what you pay for. If you’re looking for luxury, this ain’t it. This is a quiet, clean hotel (but more like motel) close to the Falls and Fallsview Casino. Our room was clean, but tiny and had quite possibly the world’s loudest, creakiest bed. The continental breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I have stayed here numerous times and the staff are always pleasant and helpful. They also have a great breakfast buffet included with the price of the hotel which is well located in close proximity to the falls.

We have a dairy allergy, and although they didn’t have a milk alternative, the lady managed to cook us some scrambled eggs to have with the sausages and she also allowed me to check the bread packaging for milk - for which there wasn’t, so we could have toast, although without any spread, but we had the jelly instead
