The floors were filthy, pretty sure they hadn't been cleaned. The hotel itself wasn't what we were expecting, there are 3 separate buildings that we had to walk back and forth between reception desk with main hotel, to our separate room (more like motel setup), then pool. Pool shutdown so we were directed to walk down the street to Holiday Inn's pool. This traversing to different buildings was a bit more difficult due to the blizzard, which is obviously out of their control, but I just mean to say it's a bit of an inconvenience we weren't anticipating. Bathroom had dirty floors. Balcony was just a view of parking lot. I assume the main hotel section has a better view, maybe of falls, but am unsure because we were in separate motel section. Wouldn't recommend.

They stay I received was absolutely fraudulent and nothing like the images. I’m extremely disappointed in Expedia for not vetting their hotels or requesting up to date imagery, and for allowing businesses to lie on their listings. My hotel room was actually a motel room, with door hinges and handles falling off, spackled walls and ceilings with no paint covering, marked up floors and overall low quality. Our listings pictures looked completely different and there was no mention of a possibility of a “motel” room. I specifically always book hotels for safety reasons. Upon requesting a refund due to the completely fabricated listing, I was denied due to “policy” that only the hotel could refund me and they denied to do so. Shame on you.
