There is no sense of urgency from the front desk staff. One of them uses a magnifying glass to read the screen. He should be given some reasonable accomodations by hs employer. Get him a larger screen or a proper device. The breakfast was poor. Runny eggs, only sausage for a meat option. Batter for the waffles all over the counters. No juice, yogurt in large bags instead of cups. The pool is so chlorinated that your eyes are burning before you make it all the way down the hall.
