Clean but hard to sleep .
The first night was absolutely horrendous for sleeping , we (myself and one child ) got four hours of sleep due to people above us slamming and storming around until 3 am and then again at 8 am. It ruined half our trip because we only stayed 2 days on a family trip before school. Had to nap until 2 pm just to fix our sleep, wasted our day . The rooms are clean as far as I can see , so that’s not the problem . They did switch us to a different room the second night and most of the staff are very nice . But hearing people stomping and banging around , if you wanna sleep the walls and building is way too thin.

I really liked the Lady taking care of the morning breakfast. She was sooo friendly & efficient. Also, the blond desk girl was very kind. It would have been nice to have more than 1 grab bar in bath/shower. Also, a better selection of tv channels. HBO?

The quality of the was more than what was expected considering the cost. Low cost for good rooms, the parking was great as was the wifi. No good channel on the television.

My first room was terrible, walking into the room you had a strong smell of humidity and found mold in the bathroom and chair ripped. The bed was very comfortable and clean though and the beautiful lady called Bridgett was always smiling and helpful. They did change me for another room witch was very nice, but the hotel needs a lot of LOVE!!!!!

Our room was like the penthouse. The view of the falls was absolutely incredible. The fireplace and chandelier. How romantic. Front desk young lady was so accommodating. My only complaint would off been the internet. Breakfast was great and nicely laid out. This was my 3rd stay at this property, for the above reasons I keep coming back. Thank you.

Dirty room, my son has a rash after swimming in the pool. AC under the ceiling and turn it on It was very difficult. parking is not on the hotel grounds so I had to go get my car every time I wanted to go somewhere. I paid a lot money for this!! One good thing it’s good location.

The room and hallways had terrible oder. The towels were dirty and had to request new ones. No coffee pot for the coffee maker. Overall hotel was run down.

Excellent hotel! Room was very spacious and clean. Very nice touches like hardwood floors, wall-enclosed fireplace, chandelier, floor to ceiling window (ours faced the Falls), amazing glass bowl sink in bathroom with artistic faucet. Room had a mini fridge, TV, large office desk & chair, 2 side chairs, iron, dresser, closet and large shower. Bathroom had very nice tiles. Parking is free, breakfast is free and it’s a nice short walk downhill to see the amazing Falls. The swimming pool is nice and there’s a hot tub. Had a great stay at Quality Fallsview Cascade hotel! Will definitely be back!

Too old to drive after dark
Stayed to see a concert at Fallsview and it was a short easy walk. Loved the free parking especially after seeing casino parking was $50. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Will be my go to place for after concert stays

Great Location but Old and needs bathrooms updated
Location was great, easy walking to all the main attractions & r estauants. Old hotel, clean, but bathrooms in desperate need of some update. Tub needs new caulking (dirty moldy looking) Tub shower head and spout continually dripped. Could never get it tight enough to stop. Saw reviews that breakfast was good? Don’t start till 8:00am… need to open earlier!

Good location, walking distance to most things. Free parking, yet ended up paying a "resort" fee for $10+ per day-it's not a resort... not specifically clean-older, so it could use some sprucing up, staff was friendly and helpful -when all you do is sleep there, it's a good okace
