The hotel was visibly dirty. The carpet in the hallway was dirty. There was a pile of finger nails or toe nails at the edge of the bed on the floor. The shower only had all hot or all cold water. When hot was selected there was no water pressure. The smell in the room was like someone poured a bottle of cleaner on an old carpet. Definitely will not recommend. The staff was nice though.

No appliances worked in the hotel, hard to find parking, very noisy hotel, bathroom was dirty and shower had stains on it. The hair dryer didn’t work, nor did the Netflix/ YouTube, or any applications on the TV. Clock did not function either, I feel like our stay just for 1 night was not the best, I’m very disappointed and would like some monetary compensation. This hotel is not worth the $118.

A Death in the Family, we could not stay!
We did not stay at the Quality Inn & suites due to we had to go right home as we had a very close family member who passed away. The call came in on our route to Niagara Falls. So In this case, it could not be helped as my children needed me as their father passed away!

There are a lot of things I will accept at this price point, but a filthy shower and jam containers under the couch that we removed so we weren't blamed for it... I'll even accept the terrible mattresses, lack of connection to cable to TV and Wifi.... The room also smelled of fried fish and we bought deoderizers to try to mask the smell.

This place has a great deal for location near Niagara falls! The building maybe a little old, but for the price, I would stay there again. It is including breakfast and the swimming pool. The staff were very nice and helpful. Although it is middle of everything, (walkable distance to the falls and the entertainment) the room was quiet day and night.

- Washroom fittings were loose - Had coffee maker without coffee pot - A/C was not tuned on. Had to call staffs to turn on the A/C - No microwave in the room - Corridor was smelly - Had the worst hotel experience
