The hotel was visibly dirty. The carpet in the hallway was dirty. There was a pile of finger nails or toe nails at the edge of the bed on the floor. The shower only had all hot or all cold water. When hot was selected there was no water pressure. The smell in the room was like someone poured a bottle of cleaner on an old carpet. Definitely will not recommend. The staff was nice though.

No like the other Quality and suites… breakfast was awful! there were instructions for a pancake machine but no pancake machine. Eggs were heated in front of us in a microwave. No milk either for coffee or cereal. Huge line for the only toaster since toasts were the only thing you could “enjoy”. Building wasn’t nice but the room reflected the quality I’m used with this company. Great bed, nice bathroom

The place is a good 3 stars with no doubt. The hotel was definitely recently renovated, spacious rooms with new furniture and décor, great pool area with deep end and warm water. Very comfortable beds including pillows and matrasses. Slightly small bathrooms but not dramatic, good enough to take a nice shower. One of the best parts was free breakfast. Eggs, sausages, fruits, coffee, yogurts, cakes etc. Very basic but good enough to make your feel satisfied with meal and carry on till lunch. Staff let us check in at 03:00pm that was very nice. Parking only $20 in comparison with other hotels it was almost free. Easy to park -short distance walking to rooms. The hotel's location is a great bonus-close to all attractions just walk down the street to enjoy them. I will recommend this place to all budget travellers, great value with low cost.

Close to the falls and Clifton Hill, plenty of dining options nearby. Rooms of the property is not advertised as on online which was let down once we saw the room, room is somewhat outdated, and isn’t modern. Also house cleaning is an option for some reason and not on a daily basis, Property has limited parking which makes tough sometimes to find a parking spot despite $20 a day.

Motel is also Quality Inn. BEWARE - Exterior room is a room in a motel a nd not in hotel... Very good staff... but it ends there...

I did not like this property. I didn’t get the room I booked so sleeping arrangements were inadequate. The common areas are dark & gloomy from the dilapidated parking lot, hallways to the lobby bathroom. The shower was small and awkwardly shaped. The bedding was unclean, worn out and deflated so we only used the sheets. Front desk never answered the phone so I couldn’t get assistance. The free breakfast was subpar and disappointing with limited selections in a tight space with minimal fresh options. The shower was awkwardly shaped & small so not ideal for larger people. There was no where to put anything in the shower/no ledges to put shower items or prop up feet to wash properly/just a straight, tight shower. I would not stay there again or recommend this property.

They purchased an old motel across the parking lot and now consider that as the “5th floor”. This should be known to constomers prior to booking. The ice machine in the motel side did not work, the entrance door was covered in plywood as the glass was smashed out. They did cheap renovations in the rooms which are terribly done. The hallway carpet is stained everywhere. No elevator so had to carry all of our belongings up 2 flights of stairs. Terribly disappointed and for the amount of money i paid for the hotel it was disgusting and unsafe

friendly staff but terrible room
The staff was friendly but the condition of the room was terrible. Not even for one day housekeeping came and the bed was full of stains and discomfort. The fridge wasn’t functioning properly as it was leaking. Overall I had a really bad experience.
