The hotel was visibly dirty. The carpet in the hallway was dirty. There was a pile of finger nails or toe nails at the edge of the bed on the floor. The shower only had all hot or all cold water. When hot was selected there was no water pressure. The smell in the room was like someone poured a bottle of cleaner on an old carpet. Definitely will not recommend. The staff was nice though.

The location and pricing were great. The breakfast included though the options weren’t very good and the quality of the food wasn’t good. Also the rooms you can hear everything happening around you, I could hear people down the hall talking from my room with the door closed. But besides that the location and pricing is good for a couple nights stay.

Good deal for a fair price.
As we were looking just for a place to rest this hotel fullfilled our need, but, the breakfast is included in the bill and it was good in general, the beds comfortable, the personnel so friendly and kind in general. The pool is inside the building and it allows to relax even in autumn, the hotel is close to the waterfalls, the google maps shows it 20 minutes away (walking), but if you go through the victoria park you are only 10 minutes away and you enjoy the walk because is a beautiful area, many restaurants around the hotel, for the price is a very good deal. Negative comment: the building looks a little bit old.

Room had no view from the window. Workers on the roof of the restaurant working all day outside our window, very noisy. Sketchy, run down area next door, I did not feel safe. Parking fee but limited parking space. Not a good value for the money

Needs some TLC
The room could use a deep cleaning. There were dirty towels still hanging up on the shower curtain rod. The beds were hard to sleep on. The room looked nice but things like the towel holder fell off the wall. The ceilings throughout the building showed signs of substantial leaking. There was also a used condom in the hallway on the way to breakfast one morning. The public restroom was literally falling apart. Sketchy area but easily accessible to Clifton Hill. Quick walk to all of the main attractions so I didn't need to spend a lot of time at the hotel.

Stayed in builacross from main hotel. .The room looked nothig like what they avratised. That building needs a lot of work. Room was very hot and the air conditioner ran very noisy. Kept me awake most of the night. Breakfast was ok but again nothing like what shows in the pictures. Stafg was friendly.

Our recent stay at this Quality Inn was extremely disappointing. We were not expecting a 5star service, but at least some comfort. The room we were assigned had several alarming issues. First, there was mold visibly growing by the shelve/ closet area , which made the air feel moldy and unhealthy. My husband had a severe allergic reaction and couldn’t wait to leave the room. Really, It’s a major health concern and something we didn’t expect to encounter. To make matters worse, the bed comforter had what appeared to be blood stains, we saw it until we were leaving! This was utterly unacceptable and left me questioning the cleanliness of the entire room!! On top of that, there was loud singing and music in the middle of the night, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the combination of poor hygiene, disturbing noise levels, made this one of the worst places we’ve stayed! I would strongly advise against staying here until they make serious improvements. But definitely we will not be going to book at this Quality inn ever! I don’t know how to upload pictures to show you how serious these matters are!
