$45 a night for parking. While it is listed it seems high. Rooms could use remodeled. Beds are comfortable and the room was clean. Overall, I am satisfied with the stay, but tamper expectations, it’s not the nicest hotel in the area or the best location, but it’s a decent place not too far out from the casino and observation to the falls. I would stay here again.

We have stayed in Niagara Falls several times snd have always struggled with selecting a decent hotel with a reasonable price point. I researched extensively prior to booking the Radisson Hotel and Suites Fallsview. We ended up selecting a room with a view and the view did not disappoint! Check in and service were top notch. The location is quiet, safe and convenient to walk everywhere. The hotel is very clean if not a little dated. The pool was much smaller than we anticipated, but my son still enjoyed it. Here’s the thing, you can pay a couple hundred dollars more a night and possibly upgrade your experience, but I wouldn’t say that’s guaranteed in Niagara Falls. We had no issues during our stay and would certainly consider booking again. If you do book, don’t miss out on Zappy’s restaurant, just around the block, home style Italian with good prices.

Not clean at all!! The room smelled so bad like piss! Called the front desk twice and after that they sent someone to spray something on the chair ( the chair had a stain on it so someone peed on it) and I asked to be relocated and the guy said i will let them know but we got nothing back we were ignored! Unfortunately it was past 12 am and we were tired we had to sleep in a terrible smell but nobody could’ve slept from the insanitary smell! I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied!

I want to be very upfront. This was our 30 year Anniversary, and we wanted to splurge. We were excited to find a room with a view of the FALLS available, and booked it when we saw it. This was VERY MISLEADING! Our room had a room with a view of the parking lot, and a view of the hotel next door. The room had a tiny cove with a tiny window that had a view of the WATER, not the FALLS. Tis was a blatant lie. We missed to fireworks show. And unless you want to sit on the sofa and twist your necks to look at this water front , you pay more for literally nothing. The Hotel is scamming you.

I reserved two rooms, one room was fine and clean enough. The second room however had a terrible odor to it. The front desk was notified and they sent someone who sprayed some sort of cleaner near the air conditioner, on the floor and the conditioner itself. We left for a bit hoping the spray would help. It did not. The front desk was notified again and a new room requested. Just to be informed the hotel was fully booked. We were stuck in a terrible smelling room (which more than likely was due to mold). We all awoke to sore throats and coughs the next day. Very disappointed.
