I am only addressing the Franchised owner nit the workers question to the owner : You have done a great job to operate this place as "cheap"as possiblle.One very minor example is "the hanger" for hair dryer. It is absolutely unsafe as it is meant for hydro outlets not hairdryers !!!

Really disappointed with our stay. Building is very old and not updated Pool not accessible, and water was tap cold Arcade old abd most games did not work Mold around bath tub Phone in bedroom did not work Ordered a cot, plastic matress and no pillow Cot was very sketchy and not clean This is just the beginning of a long list Only good thing about hotel is the staff are very kind Did raise concerns with manager this morning and had our parking and cot rental fees given back. Would not recommend staying here

This was by far the absolute worst hotel experience we have ever had. It was the most inconvenient trip ever. This was a Christmas gift for our children and it was absolutely terrible!! The amount of issues we had is completely out of this world. We have picture proof of alot of it and we will be continuing to escalate this until we are compinsated for this joke of a trip. I dont care what it takes, this was completely outrageous and the owner of this hotel should be utterly ashamed that he/she allows this. At this point it would be easier to just compensate our trip because we will not stop and we will never ever stay in a windham chain again! Even the staff members who work here were embarrassed by how our trip went.
