The cleanliness of the property was dirty. Carpets elevators. The tv in the room was fuzzy. No Chanel’s @ all. Antenna tv. Not worth the price. Dump . Will never stay here again. Gone down hill. If I wanted to stay @ a 2 star hotel I would of booked that. Waste of money.

Rooms were not cleaned well. Mattresses were so uncomfortable, could feel the springs. AC units were loud. Amenities old and cost extra. Overall the whole property was run down and not well maintained. Online photos were deceiving. Disappointing when compared to other Ramada/Wyndham properties that we've stayed at before. We will not be staying at this location again and do not recommend staying here.

Rooms were okay. Carpeting is coming off the floors. Very old and dated. The bed was nice. And I love that there’s a balcony. Jacuzzi was great. IHOP is not good so don’t go. Parking isn’t included so paying $20 per night on top of stay is a bit daunting but overall good stay. Staff was polite and very kind but we called down for towels and never received them at all.

The carpet in the hallway in front of our room was insanely soaked (like a flood), unsure if it came from the inoperable ice machine in the hallway. The entire floor we were on (7th) smelled like mould and mildew, and in our room the bathroom had a giant sticky/old urine mark all around the toilet that smelled inside the room when we walked in. The staff who greeted us was friendly, but when we mentioned the flood in our hallway they said ‘oh ok.’

The room had mold there was dirty clothes in sink the tiles on the hot tube were falling off it was embarrassing hotel staff said they would look into it and did nothing the room was run down and dated the tiles off the hot tub was unsafe and the cracked tiles in bathroom were unsafe and sharp could cut your foot on them

Um I think they were good for whatever, right a decent hotel but I did not like the pool, was a bit run down, kinda small but we enjoyed our stay here! The charging was a bit weird, I’m still waiting to see like my security deposit given back to me 😮

Only one outlet worked in my room. Ice machine did not work on my floor(7th floor) room was out dated. Long wait at the ihop resturant. Nothing special about this hotel. I would not stay there again. Not worth the price i paid.

Value for money but the rooms are in a mediocre condition. No mini fridge or microwave. Bathrooms are very dated and very worn down. Not properly clean. Only thing I like about this place is that there are many dining options at a walkable distance.
