Our stay was NOT good. Disappointed that restaurants were closed during our stay. Our room was in a different building and a long long walk to get to it through a maze of hallways. Ridiculous. Room was clean but bathtub had no grab bars. No mirror in room to help in getting ready. For the price we found it inconvenient and lacking.

-When we checked in the A\C was not working, it was just the reset on the plug in the wall. but it was 80 in the room, so it took 4 hours for the room to cool down. -Online the pools all close at 10pm, but the 3 pools all had notes on the doors saying they closed at 9pm. When you are coming back from walking all day expecting to use the pool, we were very disappointed. -The room was very clean, but the TV didn't work. If you wanted to use the coffee maker, the dresser needed to be moved to plug it in. When we brought the TV up to the attention of the office, they didn't seem to really care. I am happy that we were there only for 1 night or I would have been really upset.

The room appeared to have mold growing where the wallpaper was peeling. The walls were visibly dirty and extremely dusty. The carpet was damaged causing a tripping hazard. There was damage to all the doors, hair in the shower. You couldn’t see out of the window due to dirt. Missing a curtain. The head board for the bed was dirty.
