While the hotel seemed very well maintained, I expected the rooms to be a little more updated for the price of the corner suite. Also, I don’t feel like they have a great variety of game options compared to other casinos. Our room had that stale cigarette smell even though we paid for a non smoking room.

The stay was mixed. The room and corridor smelt of smoke. Even though we had a no smoking room. We had a corner room with a jacuzzis, which don’t work. The room was poor we had hair in the shower and the poor flooring around the jacuzzis which cut my foot. When I told the receptionist they said sorry and that was it. Humm so customer service not the greatest. Our room didn’t get cleaned which again was disappointing plus very dated.

The casino is very close to the falls and the Canadian border which is ideal. It is a nice place. Housecleaning staff is nice, rooms are nice. I didn't love the food choices it was either too limited or not open at convenient times. I didn't like the lack of information from the hotel on things to do, they should have a conceirge. I had to plan all of my own tours and activities and it is hard since I didn't know the area.
