I'm disappointed that this resort could have been a 5-star experience, but the strong smell of cigarette smoke is really off-putting. The smell was present everywhere - in the lobby, hallways, stores, dining areas, stairwells (which were worse), right outside the front doors, and even in my room on the 7th floor. I understand the need to accommodate everyone and make a profit, but no matter how much I liked the place, I can't go back.

The room was spacious and even had a separate vanity area. We were fortunate enough to have a room with a view of the Canadian side and were able to enjoy the 10pm fireworks from our window. The pool was great. Our only problem was finding the front entrance to the hotel as GPS takes you to the back casino entrance and they need better signs to help you navigate to that entrance.

Comfortable stay!
The room is surprisingly quiet and comfortable. We had requested a non-adjoining room (which they accommodated but I don’t think it was necessary…the hotel is very well built. The ice room is across the hall and we didn’t hesr a thing…the doors are nice and heavy/thick.

An impressive hotel , casino. There was not possible to find parking near the hotel , we parked on the ramp parking , was difficult to find. Breakfast buffet for 17$ - was no regular bread, no vegetable at all, no cheese. Long queue for getting a table for breakfast. My dauther was sick in the room, was not able to go for breakfast, I asked from restaurant to heat 2 slices of papa jones pizza , they refused. Asked to heat something for
