The Waterpark was just fantastic! Kids where so happy and excited to experience this grounds. They enjoyed running up and down the bridge to the Waterpark.

Room had a smell when we arrived. Bunk beds had sheets, but the beds weren’t made. There were two towels slung over the shower curtain rod, not sure if they were from the previous tenants, but not sure if they were new either. Mini fridge didn’t work when we arrived. Black out curtains had tears in them. Room aesthetic was dated. TV stopped working for a few hours one night. Wifi was weak and kept dropping. Parking cost extra. For $900/2 nights, even with the water park passes included, it was not worth the money. Next time we’re just going to go to Great Wolf Lodge again.

It took 40 minutes to check in. There was such a long line. We arrived early, but room was not ready. By checkin time there was a long line half way up the staircase. We need mobile prefect but it was to no avail. We still had to wait in the line.

When I got there, I asked the lady where to park. She didn't really give me a great point of view on where I was supposed to park or even how to get to my room. There was no map to show me how to get to my room just said tier 2. The curtains didn't really close so the outside light was on all night long and the room was not dark. there must've been 10 kids next-door and they left the door lock across so the door would constantly slam when they went in and out 24 seven till 11 o'clock at night movie night was cool. You couldn't get any TV for some reason, just stayed on commercials you can't get breakfast till 8 o'clock or 830 said the desk guy at Perkins who the hell eats breakfast at 8 o'clock I'm up at six so me and my son had to go back up to the room get the keys for the truck and drive two blocks to Denny's waterpark was excellent was in decent shape, but obviously aged, but taken care of 16 or older to be in the hot tub. That's not even 3 feet deep and 60 feet wide. I thought it was awfully strange, especially if you're accompanied by an adult while your five-year-old can't be in the hot tub with you every hotel I stay and does not have that rule six out of 10 for me. I think price was all right. Wasn't a rip off like great Wolf Lodge.
