It was awful, there is NO handicap accessible parking. The air conditioner did not work, other guests complained about the same issue. Limited plugins that, and outlets were unsafe and the plugs would not say plugged in. This is a huge fire hazard in my opinion. I will not book at this hotel ever again. But the only good thing I can say is that the staff was good and agreeable about the deplorable conditions of the hotel. I would like a call back about this awful say here. It was ok. Nothing fancy. Room overlooked an interior courtyard. Good location close to Clifton Hill and Falls. The waterpark was CLOSED for annual maintenance.

I do not recommend this facility, we arrived to an insane check in people out the door as only 2 attendants. There were children running insanely through out and bumping into people, there's only one elevator in the whole area that takes 20 minutes just to get to you and with two kids one being an infant in a stroller the elevator was our only option. The room was so outdated and the sheets felt still and unclean, the bathroom tub was peeling and the towels are like sandpaper, there was children running around the courtyard most of the night until 12 am and screaming and there was a constant sound of a vacuum or some machine dying throughout the night. The mattresses left both my husband and I in pain after sleeping on them and the AC crapped out about half way through the night so my entire family was sweating to death. To say the least I am trying to get a refund but the process has been terrible DO NOT STAY HERE.
