The atmosphere in the hotel is nicer than in sterile big modern places. The food at Johnny Rocco’s which is accessible from the lobby was very good.

Beautiful hotel close to winery areas and short drive to Niagara on the lake. Our only concerns were the bathroom fans not working and when we mentioned it were told they are on a timer and only work in the morning. Wierd but ok, but then morning came and fan still didn’t work in either room. The entrance to hotel at night has the capability of needing to use keycard but yet you could just press button to open door and with no one working in the lobby at night anyone could just walk in to hotel if they wanted to. We enjoyed our stay, beautiful quiet hotel walking distance to many stores and the keg restaurant free parking clean and immaculate, very comfy bed and bedding.

Liked the layout and space of our 2 story loft. But otherwise disappointed. Dark and dated decor. Dirty carpet and kitchen appliances. Noisy restaurant. Not a nice area to walk around. Busy and commercial. No gym. Very mediocre. Looked and sounded more sophisticated and luxurious in ads.
