Te hacen pagar el estacionamiento extra $20.00 por día, al igual el desayuno te lo cobran por separado, en la paguina de reservación incluida el estacionamiento y desayuno. Y no se respetó y el cuarto total mente era diferente al de las fotos del hotel. Me mandaron a otro parte de atrás. No lo recomiendo.!!!

Not handicap accessible. Had to take luggage up cement stairs. Late check in. Just needed a bed to sleep in for one night and the hotel served its purpose. One light was out in the bathroom which made it very dim and bathroom sink had a slowwwwwwww drain.

Very close to attractions. Balcony option was great for our visit. Ended up next to friends who had neighbouring balcony and it was a nice place to spend some time in the evening for a drink.

The new building is in good condition but the old building needs some renovation. I stayed only one night. The staff are friendly and the location is very convenient to walk to the falls. Also, the WEGO bus can be taken near the hotel.

The hotel is lovely & in an edge of centre location within easy walking distance of amenities. The only disappointment was the promised continental breakfast was not included.

There were cigarette butts all in front of our hotel door, food from prior visitors left in the refrigerator so not sure how you really clean a room when that happens. The air conditioner was noisy and barely worked.

Check in was fast, clerk was excellent. Room was clean, felt safe, Door was sticky to open, Beds were ok but you rolled to the middle, bathroom very small but very clean, no microwave, furniture worn down. Loved that I was a 2 min walk from Clifton hills and only 5 mins from the falls.

The rooms had a bad smell, phone didn’t work, shower was tiny, the pictures online are not the same, no bar in lobby, to many people hanging outside, it should be called a motel not a hotel.

Hotel was very clean rooms were more than enough to accommodate our needs. Amazing view of the city/falls/ferris wheel. The front desk staff went above and beyond. Very friendly and attentive and informative. Will stay at this hotel again.
