Overall, great stay. We booked 2 rooms. In room 1, it was very hot. The air was on cool, set at 68, and it was blowing (luke warm) air. We left for a few hours and the room was even hotter when we returned. Hard to sleep when it was so warm. Staff came and changed the filter, but it didnt help at all. Other than the heat, room 1 was very nice. Our second room was perfect, until we went to shower, there was dark soap scum builup around the tub, and a lot of hair stuck to the shower walls. Other than having to clean the shower ourselves, the room was very nice. AMAZING location. Very close to the falls, as well as a lot of other beautiful scenery. Many dining and shopping options as well.

I found the hotel to be clean, the staff was nice and knowledgeable about the area and the breakfast was good especially the pancakes. I found options to eat and shop in close proximity to the hotel without problems.

Property needs renovation , bathrooms are in terrible conditions, no cartons to stop water flowing while taking showers. There are lots of yellow spots in bathroom . There is no free water at facility, you have to either buy or 🔥. Please do prepared while going to this place.

Walls were a little and lots of kids making noises in the hallway at night and people slamming doors, which should have been addressed by the staff. Otherwise, location is very good and the room was actually very spacious.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Had to ask for shampoo which was empty when we arrived and toilet paper no extra in bathroom only what was on the holder. Hall had chocolate smeared on floor and random papers and a bottle all day. Bathroom shower leaked all over floor despite gobs of caulk in the back corner of shower also ceiling had mold in shower. White splatter marks of not sure what on wall above bed.

The corridor floors were filthy, wallpaper, falling off the floors. Our bathroom was dirty, I asked for the garbage to removed and new towels was not done. I was had a reservation for three days by a room was never cleaned. When I went up to the front desk, they told me to throw my garbage out The door and forced to pick it up and had to get my towels. It was unbelievably noisy, screaming babies, people walking them down down the corridor to try to quiet them. kids allowed in another room. Had to be the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

Property room staff and parking were great. Breakfast was not great. Eggs were burnt…. More like shredded overcooked omelette rather than scrambled eggs. Could have had more options other than only white/wheat toast. Need milk rather than just fake creamers for coffee/tea. Also not having single servings, just the Costco size milk for cereal, pancake syrup and peanut butter was not ideal. It may seem picky but it is on low end for a hotel breakfast.
