Staff were very helpful, especially the lady from LA. Hotel was apparently fully booked and there were some shortages of breakfast foods. The room appeared dated but was clean and bed was comfy the people above us sounded like they were moving furniture all night. Walls are thin . Overall, I may stay there again if back to the Falls.

Easy 10 minute walk to the niagara falls through various restaurants and food trucks. Property was clean and breakfast is good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Just stayed for the night and did not enjoy any of the other facilities though.

The property was fine. We did not appreciate the parking charge since we were already paying guests. After a complaint to the front desk person on duty (who was not the most polite/professional person) the GM did refund those charges.

The staff was wonderful and very friendly.. Our room had an odor that was not pleasant. We could not sleep well because the walls seemed like they were so thin, you could hear when someone was walking around on the other floors.

The outside of building look upgraded but the rooms nneds attention. Doors unhinged, appeared busted, floor uneven in room limiting how far to open closet and entry door. NO TOWEL RACKS in bathroom. Stains on bedding covers, floor sticky. Front desk staff was great, others not very courteous or friendly.

Property is maintained well. Plenty of parking is available. All the major attractions and dining are nearby. Also, breakfast is good. Only thing we didn't know/ they didn't let us know during check-In was that room cleaning is not done everyday. They will do that only on 3rd day. So if you need to put trash out/change your bath towels, you need to go to the check-In counter and ask for bags/towels.

Where do we start? Sheets that DID NOT stay on the bed because the elastic was worn out. Had to walk to service desk because the phone did not work to report TV did not work when we got there. Hard to get into the room and bathroom because the doors stuck on the floor. Take them off and do a little planing. Kind of a fire exit hazard !!!!! Followed the towel on the floor rule, didn't get towels replaced. Stopped at the desk cause we couldn't call to ask, didn't get towels. Finally had to walk down ourselves again to get some. Never did get the replacement for the empty body wash we asked for. It was empty when we got there!!! Shoddy billing practices. Uncooperative when we requested a receipt.
