The 1 thing that was sort of annoying was the banging because it's harvest season&the birds lol
But we were busy. The bed was horrible, but otherwise it was great. Basic towels would be helpful, but there were paper towels &the $store wasn't far.
The people were extremely friendly! The cottage was clean & provided everything to cook a home meal! It was a pleasant stay! We'll definitely go back!

Average place to stay
Overall a very good experience but two things I am not satisfied is that, hot water got done in 5 minutes and we had to manage with cold water. Garbage disposal is on the far end which is very inconvenient

Falcon Cottages Flunked Out.
I canceled reservations at Vine Ridge due to towels and bedding not being provided. I booked Falcon Cottages because you had an 8.8 excellent rating... only to find out that IT'S THE SAME PROPERTY SITE AS VINE RIDGE AND YOU DON'T HAVE TOWELS EITHER. There was a ring around the tub... but maybe it was permanent. I didn't shower. One in our party tried, but the water was hot for 1 minute, then turned cold. We left a day early out of our 2-day stay and couldn't be refunded.
Value was good for the money. Towels only by request was unusual as well as the request to make your own bed and fold your sheets after use. Overall spacious and easy check in and out.

Excellent stay , beautiful decking for beverage ‘s , very comfortable
Great location if you want to do some bike riding along the Niagara River, or wine tasting. Unit was well equipped, loved the deck and the bbq. Only downsides are the lack of television reception and the A/C was too cold and could not be regulated. O/w we really enjoyed the accommodations and would recommend it.

We had an amazing 1 night stay at the cottage. Very peaceful and short drive to the falls. We'll be back for sure in the summer.

Convenient location for getting around wine country and Niagara. Great layout.
Perfect place to stay for any couple or family looking to explore Niagara Falls. The pool, cottage, deck, outdoor furniture and BBQ were all great additions we enjoyed a lot that you definitely can’t find everywhere. Will definitely stay here again if we come back!
Enjoyed staying here. Will be back. Only one lamp in whole place.

Relaxing stay
A very good camping style stay , though I do not understand why it is called a hotel when no toiletries or towels are ptovided and you need to clean the dishes and dispose your own garbage, I also wonder about the high property fee almost as high as a one night stay which has made us change our mind of extending our stay. The area is a gem , the town is hospitable and everyone can find and enjoy their favourite hobby or activity.

This property was nearly perfect. It was clean and exactly as described. The only drawback was a squeaky bed in the primary room. Every thing else was really great!
Very cute and quiet cottage community. Our cottage was nice with a great layout. The cottage was super clean and comfortable. We loved it and absolutely would stay again.
Only complaint we have is real mattresses on the bunkbeds would be awesome instead of the thin ones.
The pools were great, however the bottom of the large pool needs to be swept and vacuumed as there was algae on the bottom and sides.

Cute cottage
We arrive at location and it's a property called Vine Ridge Resort, so we were unsure what was goning on as we had booked Falcon Cottages. We did successfully check in, apparently it's a privately owned operation at this resort, but it was a little sketchy at first. Anyway, beautiful resort with a large splash pad pool and a smaller pool. Pool and office did close what we considered early, but it didn't have a negative impact overall. The cottage was cute, beds comfortable, though it was a little plain with few decorations. It was conveniently located in the middle of wine country and a short drive to the falls. The AC quit working the day before we left and it was miserably hot. However we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend to other families.
