Convenient and pleasant stay in Nice hotel
Nice hotel for a budget price. Room was spacious with a balcony. Had a pool and sun terrace. Only a 5 minute walk from the tram stops of Ferber or Carras on the T2 tram route from Nice airport to Nice centre.

A lovely chilled and friendly atmosphere. Not the most modern decor but a little oasis in a busy city. Loved my stay there.

Comfortable small hotel with convenient own parking. Close to tram stop to travel into the town centre.

Don't stay in Nice -- Horrible
The grounds are not kept up. I was bit by spider in the bed. Mosquitos attacked me inside the room when Lawrence opened the window briefly. The food for dinner in the hotel was very very BAD American food. To find a good restaurant we had to walk 1/2 an hour. No GPS, we went past it a couple of times before helpful Bakery people told us where it was. Lawrence parked the car and wouldn't move afterwards because the driving to the hotel was so incredibly difficult. I don't blame him. The area around the hotel was 3rd World. It was truly a dismal place to stay. Getting in and out of the pool was difficult. The pool is cold. That's okay. Breakfast was all right, not the best, but okay. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, only in the lobby and we signed up for Free Wi-Fi, free parking. We got the free parking.

I think the place is rundown.... they don’t have a shuttle to go to the airport... it took many time to have a booking for a early taxi. I wouldn’t recommend to any body .

We were made to pay an extra €50 for 3rd person. Room was outdated & floor by front door was totally wet & smelly. Bathroom was okay. The night lady is the only thing that made our stay enjoyable

Enjoyed stay at this hotel,relaxed,nothing fancy, but did expect more from a "Superior" room!! Shelves in wardrobe needed a good clean. Walking distance to beach/promenade,short bus journey into Nice old town,short taxi ride to/from airport.

Hotel Anis is close to the airport (€10 Uber), so not very close to the city centre. This means it's quiet, relaxing and peaceful. Nearby (5 minute walk) is several bus routes, some decent restaurants, two supermarkets and the tram, which goes to the airport but not all the way to the city yet. Breakfast at Hotel Anis is very good, and not expensive (€12 I think). We ate light lunch and dinner afterwards. Breakfast on the terrace was beautiful, and the pool is well maintained. The beach is a 10 minute walk.

We chose this hotel for the free parking
Bad points: No facilities to make a drink in the room, drinks machine was always empty and no hot drinks available from the kitchen in the evening even though it was 24 hr front desk. The sink was block and slow draining, the shower which was like a wet room didn’t drain away very fast and left the floor too wet and slippery. The Wi-fi was really slow. The whole hotel was generally in need of attention and repair. Good points: The bed was firm and very comfortable- and the blinds were very good.

Very friendly small hotel with lovely small outdoor swimming pool, near airport and parc Phoenix but also only 10 min walk to bus along the front, highly recommend. We felt relaxed there after long days of sightseeing!

Hotel needs a lot of work. Sliding door locks didn't work. Changed rooms and toilet leaked on floor. Moved back to first room and pull shade down for security. Wall in bath room on outside wall crumbling from water damage. As you enter hotel tiles on steps broken. Drain in bathroom sink missing knob for drain. Generally run down and everywhere Ilooked I saw things that needed to be repaired. Expedia should drop in on this place and check it out. Not good

The hotel was convenient. It offered free parking, which is extremely rare in Nice. It had a restaurant, which we ate when we didn’t feel like going out, and food was great. The hotel is not right in the city center, but since it has free parking, we were able to go anywhere by car during the day and come back at night. The best part is the service, we spent our last night hanging out with Alessandro the owner, and he was so nice, gave us drinks and explained us a lot of the history behind the area. Would highly recommend it, best bang for your buck, especially if you’re travelling by car like we did from Marseilles to Nice. Just 1h drive away from Monaco and St-Trompez, it’s a great place to stay in between without paying the big price!

Terrible shower, very very small. Was unable to turn under the water. Pillows were also very uncomfortable. On the good side, Hotel has a small swimming pool and parking.

I refused to stay and would like someone to contact me about a refund. This hotel was terrible. Air conditioning broken. Terrible smell in the room. Unfriendly check in service. The list goes on.
