Walkable from airport and close to tram lines for easy maneuverability. Nice hot breakfast with many choices, rooms are clean, air-conditioned and modern although small and cramped for space.

Great location! Easy access to Nice and airport terminals via tram stop Grand-Arenas. Saint-Augustine SNCB station is also close by if you’re looking to do a day trip to nearby Cannes or Monaco. Rooms are clean and spacious but breakfast is just okay (but free so can’t complain).

Good clean hotel , hard to find free parking
Decent location no free parking there is expensive paid parking shared with the Crown plaza, there is free street parking if you are lucky enough to find it close by. The hotel room was clean but on the smaller size the breakfast was decent with a good selection friendly helpful staff I would recommend it to anyone

Holiday Inn Express review.
Nice and comfortable stay. Room was a good size and clean as was the bathroom. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast and the staff continually replenished what was available and always kept the breakfast room clean and tidy. Good location as the hotel is next door to a train station which easily enabled day trips to other places on Cote d'Azur. My room was very quiet and could not hear outside despite being very close to the busy airport, next door to a train station, tram line running past the hotel and my the room being near the neighbouring hotel restaurant outdoor area. So the hotel room I stayed in was very well soundproofed.

AC never worked whole night , inspire of giving the complaint , Just came did some quickly and gave me impression that it works after some time and it never worked, Finally staff arranged fan after 10 pm , never expected I end up night with a fan for while night.

We stayed at this hotel twice during our trip. It is walkable from the airport but you can also catch the tram for free. A train stop is handy beside the hotel if you want to go to other towns. The staff were extremely kind and the free breakfast was great. Will definitely stay here again!
