Beautiful hotel and perfect location to old town Nice and the beach. Walking distance to the shops and tram stop. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to stay

Close to place Massena. Walkable to lots of good restaurants and tourist attractions. The rooms were good size for European standards. Clean rooms, but the shower floor and some towels had stains. The rooms had a nice little kitchenette with small stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and basic utensils and small appliances. Overall quiet, despite loud doors being slammed by other guests and surrounding building construction. The front desk was very nice, and accommodated a late check in very easily. Overall great stay, would stay here again!

The hotel is very clean and modern and very comfortable as well and it was very nice to have a balcony to enjoy as well! The hotel staff were also incredibly kind and very attentive and go out of their way to make one’s stay as enjoyable as possible! A special shout out to Sebastian for his warmth and kindness and all of his help with making our stay as enjoyable as possible! Thank you again for everything! The rooms are very well equipped with everything that one needs to have a very pleasant stay. The beds were also very comfortable and I loved that it had air conditioning! I also loved the coffee maker and kitchenette. There are a number of great restaurants in the area right near the hotel as well. I loved everything about the hotel but if one had a car, I think parking might be a real issue. I don’t even know what the options for parking would be in that area as it’s very congested and the streets are so small. That would be a concern for me if I had a car to park. Overall our stay exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend this hotel to others! You will be so glad that you stayed there!

Great Staff, decent hotel
Very friendly and helpful staff, good location with easy access to multiple tram and bus stops nearby. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. For any issues we had during the stay the staff was very prompt to address them. Having a small kitchenette was also very helpful and the Nespresso machine was a great addition. Only downside was that we asked twice for our room to be made up and cleaned and in 4 days that did not happen but they did bring us fresh towels. There’s no hair conditioner so recommend to bring your own. Also, we were hoping to use the laundry but there were always clothes in the two machines available. We still had a lovely stay, mostly thanks to two of the women who work at the front desk and arranged for a late check in after our inbound flight was delayed (regular check in ends at 8 but they were very quick to message me on WhatsApp and leave a key in a lock box).

One night stay in Nice!
Great one night stay! Hospitality was awesome! They helped carry our luggage up the stairs and recommended a restaurant for dinner. The next morning the front desk called a taxi for us and helped carry our luggage downstairs. The room was very nice and comfortable. Very cute decor. Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and very nice. The staff were absolutely lovely especially Pauline and the cleaning staff. They all delivered a 10/10 service. Comfortable beds. Lovely rooms. Close to everything. Easy to get to public transport. Would definitely stay again.

Great service and a very good room
What stood out was the great service we received. From a WhatsApp message before we arrived, welcoming us and giving us detailed instructions to the very friendly personal welcome on arrival it started well and continued throughout our stay. We liked the individual luggage lockers they have and the room (101) was great. Recently refurbished with a nice layout, well equipped kitchenette, comfy bed. This room opened onto the reception / breakfast area but the soundproofing is great. We didn’t hear a thing from this area and slept very soundly. The location is good, just a few minutes walk away from the tram / old town / sea front/ restaurant areas. All in all we can thoroughly recommend this hotel.
