Can’t beat the central location. Right on the beach and easy walking distance to much of what you want to explore in Nice. Staff were great and our room (terrace sea view) was newly renovated and nice and cool to help us escape the summer heat). It doesn’t have 5 star amenities but definitely good value for the location.

Staff was great including the front desk, bar and dining service staff. Room was comfortable and had a great view of the beach. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the carpet in the rooms and hallways especially given the location near the beach.

First time in my life to find out a hotel check-in at 4:30pm, anyway, we should up at 1:45 and we waited 30 minutes for the room to be ready, and we received it. Property is old but maintained al right. Carpet in the room needed to be changed/cleaned. Awkward set up for coffee/tea machine.. unplug one so you can plug in the other one, no USB charge ports, no bidet...

Meh!
Great location, friendly staff, easy check-in, nice bathroom for our stay. On the downside, the hotel is old, musty in the hallways, and the carpet throughout needs to be pulled up and replaced ASAP. Throughout our stay, our bed linens were never changed which is a big no-no!!!

The location was good near many restaurants, near the beach. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable. It was difficult to open the door. The lobby was nice. And the stuff was helpful.

Tout était parfait . Juste un petit détail : j'étais logé à la chambre 502 , et j'ai souhaité prendre le petit déjeuner sur le balcon mais malheureusement on était sous un soleil brulant . A very good choice for a three star property. The overall impression was of a cared for building with a good sized room and spotlessly clean. I had a seafront room with balcony at a reasonable price given the location, and what a location, right in the middle of the Promenade des Anglais. Buffet breakfast had a good hot and cold selection with seating both inside and on the terrace. The staff were excellent.

It was great weather. Wery nice room. Good service. Only bad, that we did not get any breakfast. Becouse our plane left so early. We had payed for it. Asked for money back, but i did not get that. We only got one cup of coffe.

I forgot my brick charger for my iPhone and I called the property from the United States day after , they were very accommodating, were able to locate my brick charger and called me back and we made arrangements for me to secure my item back. Every night, my friend and I partied till 2 o’clock in the morning and would return back to the hotel,the staff welcome us back home with a smile.
