We will stay at OKKO Hotels after staying here!
Loved this hotel! I care about our planet and OKKO does as well. We were so impressed with all they do to protect our planet. We were able to walk to the airport at 4:30 a.m., and we are in our 80’s. It is so comfortable with the Club Room where people can go and relax and enjoy snacks and beverages. Check in and out was very easy especially at a very early exit!!! We will definitely stay at OKKO hotels whenever they are available.

Very happy with our stay at this property. Even though we were near the elevators, our room was quite quiet. The shower and bathroom were both a good size and very clean. 5 min walk to airport. We would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely overnight stay. The room was modern and extremely comfortable. The bed and bedding was superb, the shower super powerful and the club room with free drinks and snacks an added bonus. Short walk from the airport and a late checkout at 2.00 pm on weekends.

This hotel is clean and located a few blocks from the airport. I walked from the airport to the hotel. It's also just a few blocks from the train station, where you can go to Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Eze, ect. The Promenade is about a 45 minute walk. I didn't eat the breakfast at the hotel, but I had dinner there, and it was good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The concierge desk is up a few floors, but the sign on the lift, or what Americans call the elevator explains which floor the concierge is located. For the phyically challenged people, there are few stairs to climb to get to the lift, but it's less than 10 stairs.

As someone who has stayed at a few OKKO, this one is the best. The staff are outstanding, shout out to Fad who was on breakfast, such a great asset to the hotel. But the room was lovely, so much better than the other locations - the bathroom especially. Would definitely stay again.

Good friendly hotel. Great option of a 24/7 lounge with some tasty snacks and coffee. Room is quite tiny with unusual shower opening straight to the bed. Perfect for one night stay before the flight or during layover.

I recently traveled to France solo and it was my first solo trip. It's about a 7 minute walk from the airport and very easy to find. It is also about a 10 minute walk (if you're a slow walker) from the tram station where you can buy your transport card and travel around the city. The area seemed very quiete and safe. I didn't have any issues walking back to the hotel from the tram at night. It was very clean and after hopping around Europe for a month in a variety of hotels, the room was probably one of the most comfortable I stayed in. As an American yes, the room is a bit small but if you're used to traveling around Europe, it was actually pretty spacious. The room was beautiful, had a full length mirror and a shower with an actual shower door! I'm not sure why so many hotels do opens showers that just spill water all over. I really appreciated the "ironing room". I was able to take my clothes in and iron/steam them whenever needed. I didn't try any of the food as my goal was to eat out at local places as much as possible. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and it is for sure on my list of places to stay at again when I return to Nice next year.

The front door is a bit hard to find, and the reception is on the top floor, which can be confusing! But other than that the hotel was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated.
